    I do moves like this in my barre class- I'm sure my instructor must get inspiration from Tracey.
    My classes are high reps and you do feel the burn especially in the legs and arms sequences.
    Don't knock it till you tried it, you don't need weights to get a great body. These moves may look odd, but if you do a whole complete workout with moves such as this you really do see results, without adding bulk to your body. This stuff works!

    I love how all the moves I've watched throughout your videos have kind of a nice dance component to it. As a dancer I find all your workouts a really nice change from typical exercises.

    She makes it look so easy! You gotta be super coordinated to do her moves. I like her metamorphosis vids though

    I do these moves every time I feel like I ate too much, to be honest 40 is too much even though I am doing your metamorphosis abcentiric workout ,just did 15, i'm done....

    Unfortunately because of previous shoulder injuries these moves would really aggravate them 😢

    this woman is crazy!! I could do 10 11 the most on each side, but I finished 40 after having a whataburguer and a vanilla shake!!! I'm not starving like herLol!
