From one chocoholic to another, thank you. 👏 I also made blondies using EarthChimp Plain and Unsweetened for my friend who can’t eat chocolate, and she loved them. I replaced the cocoa powder with more protein powder, used vegan vanilla chips instead of chocolate chips, and added vanilla powder and cinnamon. Delicious!
Joey, tasting ahead of time is called Quality Control! it's very important! these look amazing. I'm glad you guys are cooling down finally, I can come visit the grandkids without melting. thanks for another great video
These look super good. Thanks for sharing this video. I haven't watched your videos in a long time just because often times I can't spend more than 15 minutes with the video. Even so on this one I fast forwarded some parts. But I love the less than 15 minute videos!
You know what those brownies need, right? 😂 actually, I’d replace the salt with miso, it tastes good and is less inflammatory to the CV system than salt. Also, Dr Greger no longer advises erythritol due to the latest (April 2023) reports of increased thrombosis and CV events (heart attack and stroke) with its use. I know, Debbie downer here. But on a positive note, those brownies look super tasty! I use that EarthChimp in my fiber bean shakes. Yum!
You can totally use all date syrup and avoid the sugar sub, it is just more caloires. So for most people , that is probably the best bet for sure. The sugar sub is just an option for less calories but yes the reports about it are not good. :)
Looks so delicious! I always love your videos! Yours is the only channel I really look forward to every week! I love chocolate as well! I will have to try these!
Hi Joey and Tim. I am a long time subscriber. I appreciate all the effort you put into your videos! Thank you! Also I have been making a modified version of the brownie recipe you shared a long time ago that was from High Carb Hannah with sweet potatoes. I am intrigued to try this new one with pumpkin seeds. I’m sure they are lower in calories and higher in protein. Also pumpkin seeds have zinc which is good for the immune system. Thanks for sharing your creativity. Have a great time in California! I hope you share a video of your trip.
Hi guys. I love your videos. Please make a video on how to do a custom recipe on cronometer. I get confused when it comes to servings and portions please.

9:13 “I’ll track it,” with direct eye contact as the brownie is inhaled! Priceless. 😂
Lol! At least they are full of protein!

Nice job! Fellow brownie/chocoholic!
