This was a great video. I have thought about telling you about Mrs Slim. I have watched her some the last couple of months. So wonderful for all of you to be together. Thanks.
@ you are all so awesome to answer us. You have said you will help me learn chronometer. Being 77 I need help but my husband got put in hospital and now in a special assessment place until he can walk. I go to visit him daily 40 minutes each way. I will contact you when I have some time. I do watch each of you and enjoy and learn.
I think you miss read the starch solution. Dr McDougall tailored it to the average American who did not lift. He said if you were an athlete you need more and he did not say more protein was bad if you were physically active. He did say animal protein was unhealthy in any quantity. His diet was oriented to the average overweight couch potato.
I rely on isolated pea protein powder. I also cannot eat seitan due to the gluten (which sucks) and just don't eat much, in general. It's way too hard to get enough protein in without supplementation.
I went to Spain last year for two weeks. That country does not eat dinner until late! Restaurants don’t open until 9 PM and it’s customary for people to eat dinner at that hour. Everyone in that country was thin unlike America fat ppl! So I don’t think eating at a certain time has anything to do with body weight it’s what you put in your mouth
I eat whenever I’m hungry. It doesn’t matter the hour of the day. I am 5’5’ and 110 pounds. My doctor says I am normal. I exercise often. I do extreme sports in the summer.
