Joey, eating one of these would be the end of me. I would start obsessing about it and dream about it and be out of control. I can enjoy it through your enjoyment of it. I am like an alcoholic where chocolate is concerned. As close as I dare to get is a chocolate Earth Chimp shake. Thank you for the video though.
I make these because at times i go off the meal plan and feel really bad, but with this, I dont have that feeling. But ideally or course you stick with the stuff that fits in your plan.
Love the idea of making the most out of our ‘fall’ moments. You’re absolutely right, if you’re going to have 300 calories of chocolate anyway and you can’t stop yourself, it might as well contain some protein and fibre, right?!
Exactly. We know we are not going to always be perfect, but we CAN always be prepared. Thanks for commenting and supporting the show. We appreciate you.
It is topped with Swerve brand organic zero calorie confectioners sugar. It is a monk fruit based sweetener. I show a picture of it and talk about it during the video when I use it.
My instant pot doesn't have a yogurt button, can I still make the yogurt? I was hoping maybe you knew the answer. I love your high protein recipes. The seitan rocks. Thank you for your videos
Yes. Make the yogurt in a bowl or pot or something, put the cover on, wrap a towel around it and put it in the oven with no heat and just the light on for 12 hours. That should work. Look up that on Google because that is how my Greek neighbor in NY did it when I was growing up.

I have yhe exact same calorie goal as you Joey. I am so here for the high protein, low calorie recipes. I am also a big fan of the shorter videos!

Great! Can also use PB2 for choc/pb taste!
That is actually a really good idea too.
That looks delicious!
Thanks so much for watching!
Earth Chimp and Greek yogurt is the best. I like to add some Lily's sugar free chocolate chips to mine. Obsessed!!
Yummy!
Great job Joey. You rock. 🙂
Looks yummy

I know, right?
Looks pretty tasty Joey, yum yum. In the future, could you talk a bit about the thermogenic effect of protein? Thank you.
Sure. Thanks so much for watching and supporting the show Maria.
The "mousse" looks wonderful! Is there a such a day without chocolate?
Ha! Not in my house. Thanks for supporting the show and being an early commenter!
Looks good, I’m going to try it, thanks. If using “regular” yogurt, how much - 6 oz or ?
2/3 of a cup
What is the pudding sweetened with???

I’m interested in learning more about this burning off thermogenetic effect of protein? Do you have a source please where I can learn more?
I talked about it in a video about a year ago. It takes more calories to burn protein than carbohydrates or fats. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/15466943/
Be still my heart... 😋
Looks delicious but once I start chocolate I can’t stop.
This thing is so filling that you will have to force yourself to finish it.
