      I will now that I've found unsweetened almond milk yogurt (I'm dairy allergic). There's also low carb almond milk cream cheese that I use in place of cream cheese. Kite Hill is a good brand for it.

    I have been making these and want everyone to know: I stay full for 3 to 3 1/2 hrs y'all! I mix it up by alternating days of these and omelets with avocado toast (using keto bread of course).

    Just letting you know that I did make recipe #2 & #3.
    Both recipes are very good!!
    I plan on keeping these in my weekly rotation.
    I did cut back on some of the nuts because I added some sugar-free chocolate chips to my serving on the chocolate yogurt.

    Please do a video on dates for diabetics. I‘ve started eating two dates a day. I stick a couple of nuts inside the dates for fat and to slow down the blood sugar spikes. Is this okay?Any other ideas or recipes with dates?
