    Yes, the silicone muffin tins are great. You just pop them out

    I have and use silicone muffin pans as well. I recommend them.

    You don't need silicon muffin tins, but DON'T USE NON-STICK COOKING SPRAY. Get yourself an oil sprayer bottle and add olive or avocado oil. The sprays use a propellant that damages cookware over time and non-stick as well. Butter works as well. You can refill the sprayer over and over.

    I highly recommend the silicone muffin pan. I got mine from Amazon and have the one with the metal frame and handles. I do spray the inside of the cups also and the egg cups pop right out.

    I freeze my egg muffins and I find the mushrooms puts moisture back in the eggs that freezing takes away.

    Love silicon tray, but I made a mistake once. I forgot to put a tray underneath and I ended up with messy egg muffins trying to put on the tray after I filled up with eggs 😂

    Love your enthusiasm, and good info, but I want to add what I hope is constructive criticism. I'm attempting to make the spinach version. I don't see the oven temp anywhere. They have cheese, spinach and eggs, but you never add the cheese or say how much. And maybe reduce the diabetes and pre-diabetes a bit and go for low-carb or even healthy. If I ate this in my early days, I wouldn't be pre-diabetes. The goal is PREVENT diabetes and pre-diabetes.
