    - 100g sugar
    - 2 egg yolks

    Seeing you still have some spectacular visual contrasts, loving it. Regarding the audio, it does quite a lot for the overall feel of the video, maybe the music is slightly too loud (in the front-ish) compared to your voice during the presentation. Regardless, love your style.
    And the icecream looked tasty as well. ;)

    I have 2 questions. Could you tell please what type of cream you used ? for example In Poland we have cream that has: 12 % fat, 18 % fat, 30 % fat and also 36 % of fat. So which one of these I need to use? and second question: what I can replace sugar ? I dont use sugar at all. So can I add eritrol or xylitol or honey ?

    • @Mushnp
      @Mushnp 8 лет назад +2

      +Clair Jones Yes
      Put a metal pan in the freezer and leave it there for a few hours
      Mix all the ingredients together, and then pour them into the pan. Let it sit for a little while til the edges freeze, stir them around. Then continue this step over and over putting the pan back in the freezer for like 10-20 minutes at a time. Eventually you will have ice cream.
      Or you could just buy a 25$ ice cream maker. Here's some in the $0-$50 range.

    I hope that everyone realizes that this recipe can be easily messed up via its salt content, even with a coarse salt like seas salt. Salt will lower the freezing point of the ice cream of the batch significantly. A caveat to anyone making this recipe, don't add salt to this recipe, it makes it really squishy and melt at an alarming rate. I have no idea if I was the culprit, or if it was the recipe. He appears to have made a good batch however, so I am truly clueless.
