best ice cream flavor EVER! The U.S. needs more matcha flavored treats.
I love nearly everything with matcha flavor, its just great!
I'm from America and I've never had this before! Once I get all the ingredients I will definitely try this!
This ice cream matches the taste I like! Great video!

looks awesome
Woah!! the visual quality and presentation of this video is top notch compared to previous videos... I like it.
The only thing I would tweak is the volume of the music, I found it a bit loud compared to the overall presentation.
the outro though

Thanks for this recipe!!! I'm so happy, now I can make some of this delicious ice cream at home! I love green tea ice cream so much! :)
I'm drooling!!!!!
Just made this recipe and its fantastic! Next time I'll lower the matcha to 5 - 5.5g and reduce the salt just a tad too.
Little too much matcha for my tastes 😂😂
it's always great when some one makes my recipe and thanks for the feedback of what you would do differently it's always interesting to hear.
Best flavor in the world!
Hey :) Could you please make a Sushi Nigiri Video with sweet Tofu? I once ate this and just couldn't recreate the sweet flavour of the tofu's marinade up to now. Have you any ideas? I'd totally appreciate it!! :)
Excellent, thanks for share this recepi, I have a question, how do You pasterize the egg?
I used several matcha to make icecreams but Heapwell Ceremonial Matcha gave me the best colour and flavour. Never use any cheap and substandard culinary matcha to make cake.
Seeing you still have some spectacular visual contrasts, loving it. Regarding the audio, it does quite a lot for the overall feel of the video, maybe the music is slightly too loud (in the front-ish) compared to your voice during the presentation. Regardless, love your style.
And the icecream looked tasty as well. ;)
Great No-Cook Recipe w/2-Pasturized Egg Yolks. How large was the Small Container you put the Final Soft-serve mixture in? Or How many Quarts was your Self-refrigerating De'Longhi GM6000 Gelato Maker? Amazon did not mention any Capacity that I could find. Plus this was more expensive than others I've seen. Thanks for your great Instructions!
You should try to make Thai ice cream for a video! It a really cool process and I'm sure you'll have fun doing it!
I'm Thai but I never had Thai ice cream
Oliver Bailey I'm French and I've never had a croissant.
it's such easy way to make icecream.....
I can't wait to make this . . . it looks delicious. Have you ever tried coconut milk in the recipe?
did you try making this matcha ice-cream?
and no funnily enough I have not tried adding coconut milk to the ice-cream recipe, even though it is a good idea... I will have to try that in the future.
Never had it before.Too bad, it's not sold at where I live.😞
I wonder how it tastes...
looks good
Great video
You are amazing, I love your video and keep up the good work
Can you make it whitout the icescream maker
Ur videos always have great quality
would this be good like as kinda custardy using yolks and sweetened condensed milk?

Where have u been? Love ur videos!
Now if only I had an ice cream machine.

Yeah me as well! I can always go for a little matcha icecream
Ahh, your reply popped up in my notifications and now I want matcha ice cream now (again). ;-;
I just watched your newest video, about making colored sushi rice, and also I've seen you make pink rice with raspberry juice and blue rice with a Japanese flower. How about making green rice with matcha powder?
you finally did it!
Matcha ice cream my favourite
I'm glad you liked it @monamar, please take a moment to share this video.
I have green tea latte powder, is there a way I could make it with that, like maybe not add so much sugar and substitute the milk/cream for water?
I love your vids man ;)
Can we use the same recipe and put some azuki paste instead of the matcha to make red bean ice cream? :) (btw, how much icecream can we get with this recipe?)
What kind of cream like heaven wiping cream ?
Chef share with us the link of the icecream machine. How long is the shelf life when kept inside the freezer?
Can you do a paella sushi?
Amazing :-D
OMG, U ARE SO AWESOME!!! I WOULD LOVE TO EAT UR SUSHI!!! DO YOU WORK AT ANY RESTAURANT?
Great quality, was a lot of fun to watch, even though I can't make that ice cream - the machine is too expensive :
Yummy
what lighting do you use to light your videos thanks!
+how to make sushi you should show how to make pickled ginger.
How do you edit the ingredients list (like on 1:07)?
I need to buy a good knife that i can use for sushi and fish... Ehat knife do recoment dave
I want that machine to make ice cream as I get to or that country I am
Can I still use this recipe to make the ice cream even w/o the ice cream machine
what the cooking time and serves of this?
can i use coconut milk? or will that take away from thr matcha flavor?
It's going to take it away, I tried it and it tastes awful.
Is the cream sweetened or unsweetened?
I love how calm you were at the end.... So not like you..
Is there a substitute for - 240ml milk
- 240ml cream
- 100g sugar
I have 2 questions. Could you tell please what type of cream you used ? for example In Poland we have cream that has: 12 % fat, 18 % fat, 30 % fat and also 36 % of fat. So which one of these I need to use? and second question: what I can replace sugar ? I dont use sugar at all. So can I add eritrol or xylitol or honey ?
is there anyway to do this without the ice cream maker?
+Clair Jones Yes
Put a metal pan in the freezer and leave it there for a few hours
Mix all the ingredients together, and then pour them into the pan. Let it sit for a little while til the edges freeze, stir them around. Then continue this step over and over putting the pan back in the freezer for like 10-20 minutes at a time. Eventually you will have ice cream.
Or you could just buy a 25$ ice cream maker. Here's some in the $0-$50 range.

So nonchalant lol. Thank you for recipe!
Silly question, What is the difference between milk and cream?
What's the gelato version?
+How To Make Sushi is there a way to make it without an ice cream maker
lol I'll be happy to get the excess ice cream off by licking it xD
lol
where is yours restaurant? =p
Sooo for how long can I store it with those yolks?
+Karolína U.
As long as ice-cream last, in case you don't know this ,most ice cream has raw eggs in it including cake icing
+Umbreon Fanatic (inoob26) "most" ice cream actually doesn't. A lot do, but not "most"
+Karolina U. A few months because it's in the freezer, but I wouldn't let it sit that long because the texture changes over time.
are you dutch?
I need to know where you from pls tell
Matcha means, "powdered green tea." When will people stop saying, "Matcha Green Tea." Which translates to: Powdered green tea, green tea. The term is Matcha Ice Cream.
That ice cream maker looks expansive...
What is that met thing in the back round
+Jayden Mallinson
Oh thats a-.........wait what was the question again?
+Jayden Mallinson The spice rack?
I wonder if he knows he is all over instagram
What is the cream?
Tntgirltroller Tntgirltroller right? I'm just like is it half & half, light or heavy?
Most ice cream are made with heavy cream :)
Hi! What happened with the "signature" introduction???! :)
What will happen if I replace this with wasabi?
Hahaha that would be a great prank to play on someone
just use ice cream machine?
I wanna to ask how can we make this ice-cream without the ice-cream machine?
There are a few ways, the best would probably be getting a big ziplock bag filling it with ice and lots of salt, then add a smaller ziplock bag with ice-cream mix, then vigorously shake until the ice-cream mix becomes ice cream. +tsz yu Wan
+How To Make Sushi Thanks
How To Make Sushi your the best!
Gemma from bolder bakers has recipes for using no ice cream machines too :)
I just made it and for me it was way too sweet. I would use sugar max 85g...
Why every tutorial has an ice-cream machine, normal people don't have those T_T
🍦💕💕
Well, when i saw cost of that machine i said bye bye to icecream :C
+Skur3byk
freeze it, mix it, repeat
tedious but not impossible
+Skur3byk Yeah because that is the only ice cream maker on the market /s
www.amazon.com/s/ref=sr_nr_p_36_5?rnid=386465011&keywords=ice+cream+maker&rh=n%3A1055398%2Cn%3A284507%2Cn%3A289913%2Cn%3A289924%2Ck%3Aice+cream+maker&qid=1455079203&low-price=0&high-price=50&x=15&y=12
Can I put the wasabi in my sushi?
I hope that everyone realizes that this recipe can be easily messed up via its salt content, even with a coarse salt like seas salt. Salt will lower the freezing point of the ice cream of the batch significantly. A caveat to anyone making this recipe, don't add salt to this recipe, it makes it really squishy and melt at an alarming rate. I have no idea if I was the culprit, or if it was the recipe. He appears to have made a good batch however, so I am truly clueless.
How to make Matcha ice cream without a machine? I will not buy an expensive machine for one serving.
I have heard of ice cream methods that use two plastic bags, ice and salt. That method could work.
Kazari is sold out of everything! :(
what do?! :'(
what if I don't have the machine? :cccc
+Roman Romek
freeze it, mix it, repeat
+Umbreon Fanatic (inoob26) Thanks, never do ice cream before :)
eh? french ice cream?
+Gianluca Sansò
It's Japanese
+Umbreon Fanatic (inoob26) Yes but the french "invented ice cream" technically they were flavored ice but people tend to think we invented it
