Love your vids man, high quality ,hella underrated
Appreciate it! 💯
SO underrated. Your editing is captivating, creative, and on point 🔥 great vid as usual. Now I understand that you’re not a coach and can’t assign me a specific regimen to improve myself, but do you have any advice for ppl who are new to the sport and maybe aren’t as athletic as others? I’m often told I have a “natural gate” and should do track and field. So that’s what I intended in the seventh grade but then the pandemic hit and sadly we didn’t even get to have our first track meet, let alone a track season. Corona continued my eighth grade year and ofc canceled the sport out again. Plus, spending all this time cooped up in a cramped home I took on the sedentary lifestyle and got way out of shape. So now I’m going into high school with all these big scary vein-bulging athletes w/ loads of training and experience on their belts and it’s a little intimidating. How would you recommend going abt this?
Appreciate the compliments. I would go back and watch my original tips for beginners video because that could help you out a lot. At this point you have everything to gain and nothing really to lose. You’re just starting out so it’s more about you enjoying yourself and not trying to meet any expectation. It will be hard at first but you can get back into shape with some good training if you stay committed. I recommend you go out and focus on improving yourself each week and forget about comparing yourself to others at this point. Small personal goals will keep you motivated to continuing running and having fun. Good luck 👊🏾
Damn that intro was rlly funny haha😂💪🏼🔥
🤣🤣

Stay consistent 😇
Aye bro keep these vids up. You should film your meet in Ostrava.
Appreciate it bro 🙏🏾 That’s a good idea, I would but I don’t have my equipment with me. I’ll do one in the future. Keep doin’ your thing though, impressive running so far 👊🏾
I like your post-production work, especially the cyberpunk numbers and the swiping through the comments. Just joined a tri-club. I'm going to start dressing like you too. I think it'll work for me. Thanks for the inspiration, hope I don't wind up looking like the dude in the frozen pool. Stay motivated everyone else, set objectives!
💯💯
There’s a track team joining in my middle school and I’m going to be in it and this really helped me a lot so thank you👍
Love to see it! All the best, thank for watching 👍🏾
Hey Aaron great video!
I really loved the tips but i would like to know more about you and your daily life, maybe that would be a good video idea:)
Thanks for watching! You mean like a VLOG? What specifically do you want to see?
@@kingsleysc from when u wake up and through you session etc
Very good guidelines. In my opinion, besides everything else, the most important thing is to believe in yourself and have passion, otherwise you will not become a champion. I'm curious, what and when do you eat before a race?
Agree 100%. I typically eat minimum 3 hours before a race and I keep it light. Protein like chicken or fish with a bit of carbs like potatoes or rice. Fruits are good too like bananas
ngl ur intro is fire
Respect 🙏🏾
I will start off the relate racing
💯
i’m only doing long jump but i’m want to get faster so i can do more running events
Good idea 👍🏾
100 m and 200m
