Because this is a side business for me (well, a full-time business ran on part-time hours 😂), my one rule is I don’t wash at night and I don’t wash on weekends. Those are designated for family time. So I don’t do much commercial work. I price commercial work the same price as residential, and rarely get the bid, which is kind of my intention in the first place. I price it high, and if they happen to accept it (which a few have), it’s gonna be at a price that even my family will say “yeah, that makes total sense to go do”. Obviously when this turns full-time for me in the near future, I will adjust that mindset (maybe). But as of now, I’m perfectly content with residential 😎👍🏼

Mike, this kind of pricing would puts be much higher than other companies in my area giving bids. I would be at $1400 ($500+500+40%) I just bid a dealership building that is 3 stories and 4 times the size of that Verizon building at $1,400 and not getting them. Residential seems so much more lucrative in my area; there seems to be a huge gap in pricing that my house pricing is too high for this calculation.
