Don’t ever expect someone else to care about your business as much as you do. You’re the owner you’re supposed to give it 100%
No one else is gonna put as much work in as you. You’re doing a kick ass job man and it’s inspiring. Keep killing it bro

Definitely understand. Just trying to get people to understand in small businesses, well at least mine, there is so much room for growth If you just care a little bit more. My method gives them a sense of ownership. The more you invest, the more you will reap benefits that the owner reaps.

@@Mr.PlethoraI watched another pressure washing business and they do performance pay. I feel that would be great motivation for business owners that have high standards when it comes to quality work. This way your training will sink in and be retained more cause they want top tier pay. These are the guys that you will be doing jobs on their own. Love the motivation and thanks for the inspiration 🤙🏽

I have continuously struggled with lower paying construction jobs and have also been doing energy work for awhile but would love something that I could bring my son into if he ever wanted and also make more consistent money for my family. I am still nervous and not exactly sure why I doubt that “I could also do this” but you have helped a lot. Also wondering if starting late September in Colorado would be a hard time to begin?

I’m sure over time his prices will increase as the market and his networks do to. I rather have more clients and a healthy increasing cash flow then relying on a fewer amount of clients. As a new business I think it’s importing to build healthy especially when your still kind of tailoring your service to the ideal model target. His battle between cost for service and commercial clients is interpersonal. Building his portfolio may lead to more accounts. I think it boils down to what his goals are and how he needs his business to perform within his financial tree. I’m just thinking out loud here 😅

@acking1502 yes of course. Learning how to pressure wash is easier than carpet cleaning. At least that is my opinion. If I had to do it all over again, I still would choose pressure washing first over carpet cleaning. Much better ROI. But that's just me, in my city and state. Things could be totally different where you are. Supply and demand. There weren't many pressure washing companies when I first started. Now, there are a ton.

On top of that spending the time to research the right products etc. Why do you eat out? Why eat out when you can save tons of money hunting your own meat, growing your own veggies etc. Because it's convenient sir
