You should definitely try Caroline Girvan if you need something new and challenging and fun! I have been working out with her for 1 year now and the results appeared right after the workout. She is AWESOME! She uploads 5 times a week which is a definite plus if you want to workout on a regular basis. That for me, have a nice day!😁

Oh my 😂 it would have to be 30 seconds a move max or else I'd be worried about its effectiveness (too much cardio is actually bad, so 50-60 minutes would be WAY too long and your heart may reach dangerous levels if you're doing constant intense cardio)

Any tips for cardio for beginners? I was very sick a few years ago and my heart and lungs took a hit, do I just need to take more rest in between sets? Any tips would be great! Thanks!😁
i got this app called breathwrk and it has a good selection of breathing exercises to do that help strengthen ur lungs, increase stamina for workouts, etc. you should try it and see if it maybe helps :)
Hello! I would take it easy, to be honest. Pay careful attention to how your heart feels. I would suggest walks at first just to get your heart "warmed up", then ease into workouts. I would take the moves slow while just beginning, and dont be afraid to take breaks if your heart rate is too fast. Too much cardio is actually detrimental to your heart! I used to workout until I struggled to breathe fast enough (HORRIBLE IDEA!!) and my heart only got weaker. So yeah, just take things slow at first, and work your way back up to what you once were, and beyond! (Also, it really depends on what this sickness was, and if it actually damaged your heart or lungs in any way, because if so please discard this advice and speak to a health professional!)

I have to accept that I will probably never be at the level that's in my head because my body is still feeling the effects years later. I know it's been a year since this was posted, but I didn't know jumping jacks helped. I love them, and they are one of my favorite exercises!

Please could you do flat friendly workouts. Burpees, jumping jacks and high knees are fine it’s just tuck jumps. You can’t really land a tuck jump lightly..

A LOT of these I wouldn't be able to do due to my osteoarthritis of both knees. But I still need to get thinner. I'm obese 1 in the BMI scale. Is there any cardio routine that I could do?
Start with walking daily. It's the best for you because it's low impact. Modify the diet is the most important
