I have just purchased this CPU and so updated my B450m pro VDH bios today in preparation for when the 5600x arrives (also using a 2600 currently and also notice my 2070 super gets held back a bit in Warthunder).
So I flashed the latest Bios, and instantly had temporary regrets!
It caused my PC to go into a system repair loop where no option would fix Windows (including restore to earlier point , reset windows but keep files, attempt system repair, or continue into Windows 10).
I then tried " chose another operating system" and saw there were two systems (one being "Windows 10, the other being Windows 10 Home")
The default was set to W10, so I selected W10 home as the default, and now it loads into Windows every time with no issues.
So if you're having the same issue, it's not a setting in the Bios you need to change, but rather the OS your system is attempting to load.
Change the Default and see if that helps

I have an ASRock 450 motherboard. My motherboard will support 2 ram sticks at 3200 mhz but will only support 2667 mhz when 4 ram sticks are installed. Check your motherboard documentation and see how populating all 4 ram slots effect max ram speed.

If your cpu runs to HOT, it may throttle down...so create a fn profile to keep temps around 60-70C.
