Loved this recipe and can’t wait to make them. For anyone who doesn’t like cottage cheese texture / just whip them and it goes the consistency of Greek yogurt . You inspired me! I also mix my eggs that way too.

Jane, I wonder if it was the hot water or the detergent that caused that? My paint changed colors when I put mine in the dishwasher, but didn't wear off. Thanks for watching!
@@Southernladyasmr Probably a combination between the heat of water and the strong detergent I use. The paint didn't wear off right away. I use my bowls daily so they probably went through a hundred cycles before all the color was gone.
I just got around to watching this one and what a treat! I do love rambly videos, especially when a recipe is involved! I made cinnamon waffles the other day for my family and used the rest of the batter up today to make pancakes with a delicious berry sauce - I must've been southern in a past life because I sure do cook like one 😂 Thanks for another great video, Lindy!
Hey kindred Spirit,❤🌹💛 That looked delicious I am not a big fan of cottage cheese I actually never ate it. I think it was a texture thing but this recipe I definitely would eat. And it’s so easy to make and I would definitely do marinara sauce as well. For 4 July, I’m very lucky to live on the river between New Jersey and Philadelphia so we have beautiful fireworks show they put on at night so you really could stay at your house or you can go down and sit along the river and it’s really beautiful.🎆🎇 we definitely will be barbecuing of course you know I can’t go out at during the day Ugh 😣 Luckily the fireworks start when it’s dark. The other thing that they have that’s really beautiful is I live near the Riverton yacht club and they have there sailboats out all along the river its truly beautiful sight and its so tranquil to watch. They have the parade here but I have not attended so far. But I’m sure it’s very nice. They have a going down the main street of the town. I cannot believe it’s July already!!!! I don't think so, Darren. Cooking with cottage cheese could have made a resurgence, (that I am unaware of) but the cookbook that I refer to is from the 1960's. It is really tasty though!

I put my pyrex bowls in the dishwasher and all the paint wore off! So now I have white, lead-free pyrex bowls.
