  • Food, what to eat, is so confusing to me. If I eliminated every food based on something negative I read, I'd probably be eating green bell peppers and nothing else. (Do you know something about bell peppers?)
    Because my channel is for a balance of health and finances, there seems to be no better place to discuss health than in the kitchen.
    Today it's tuna and rice cakes with fruit and a healthy fat on the side. It's a hot mess, because I'm not a chef, I didn't get made up, I went from editing my book to fixing something to eat--on camera. The ring light is balanced precariously on a stool and the cord is in the shot. My t-shirt is bunched. It's tuna out of a can. Overall, classy. But it was yummy and I didn't even eat the piece of dark chocolate bc I felt satisfied.
