Let's take one statement. He made a statement about illegal immigrants from Mexico, saying, generally, that "they're not sending the best and brightest, they're sending the rapists, the criminals - I guess some are decent people". My interpretation of that one statement is that he's saying that most Mexicans who want to go to the USA are criminals, which is alarmingly racist for a presidential candidate to say.
Even in this speech, the "two million illegal criminals" thing is along the exact same lines. That would be two out of eleven illegal immigrants in the nation, which is far higher than the total. At its best, that statement is a fear-mongering exaggeration... at worst, a racist lie.
