Please come out with the new rendering for the the 2021 !!! Jumped on my 21 Durango GT Blacktop when I needed AWD in a pinch. Now I need the power, would love to have mine be used for R&D.

This is a great mod!! Especially with the zf8 speed great combo where u able to tune the tcm?
Great question, we can tune the trans, but we do a very good job in tuning the power side which automatically correlates to the power management. When done properly, there is no need to tune for both, unless you are building a race specific type vehicle.
@@RIPPMODS this is great I’m going to buy a 2019 2wd crew cab with a 3.6 after this mod im going to have a great tow vehicle and performance truck too shit I can buy the truck for 25k after the install I’ll be all in for 35k that’s a bargain for 420whp wow!!
What about the Transmission? The zf8hp45 is only rated for 331ft/ibs and your kit shows it putting out 410ft/ibs
We have no transmission issues to report, they hold up without a problem.
I just bought the 2019 warlock with the 3.6l and love it I'd love to get one done on my ram where in NY are you located and do you install your products as well or just on your own

What kind of exhaust are you running on the truck and will the internals hold up?

Those are great questions. The exhaust that we were running was a prototype exhaust for our exhaust kit, which at the time was the same size as the factory exhaust, but louder, though it has been improved as time has past. As of the internals, we extensively test all of our kits to make sure that the supercharger and all of our parts are will within the range of what both the engine and the transmission can handle. As long as you keep up with routine maintenance of both your engine and the supercharger, the supercharger should last you a long while. Would you shy away from putting one of these superchargers on an engine that already had 100K miles?

Our superchargers have been installed on high mileage engines with no problem. We do ask that you do some tests on your engine, one of them being a compression test. If you would like more information regarding those tests, please contact RIPPmods@RIPPmods.com, they will help you there.
I’m curious...have you guys installed any of these kits on a mopar vehicle with 100,000+ miles on it?
Hundreds if not thousands of these kits have been installed and are running on vehicles with well over 100k miles. Our kits fit all the way back to the original 2011 Pentastar engine.

If it has the pentastar v6 in it you cannot put headers on it the heads and the block are one piece
@@reagan_sxt7442 Correct, there are no traditional headers on the 3.6L Pentastar. It is cast into the head. There is only a single pipe going down out of each back into a Y-Pipe.

Can you still use E85
Does anyone have experience with this super charger on a 2015 RAM 1500 v6? Curious if the CANBUS system throws any errors for this particular year.
We have absolutely no issue we cambus rewrite or flashing the pcm in general. If we do we have tech staff and extended tech support at our electronics suppliers.

Why does the ripped 3.6l pentastar giving same power as ripped 5.7l hemi??
The V8's are not as boost friendly as the V6 and we are able to cram more pressure into the V6.

Here in middle east, specially tho hot 🔥 countries, the V6 have a kinda bad reputation for blowing up the engine oil cooler!! and messing up the cooling circle 😕Its common thing here, I dont know exactly why!! Some ppl attribute this for the frequent down shiffing.
Thing makes me think alot before taking the ripp experience.

I have a 2018 ram 1500 e85 can I still get a ripp
e85 will likely require larger injectors and possibly a larger fuel pump. This kit runs without issues on pump gas and with that it is our recommended route.
Why do you run 5w40 instead of 5w20
It is not necessary but depending on what the vehicle is used for a weight change is beneficial. We use 5w40 in this truck as it regularly tows long distance.

@@cesarestrada5020 2015+ vehicles need the PCM sent to HP Tuners to be unlocked. We then provide you the tune which is loaded into the PCM by the installer.

Stock trans?
24k without the blower and another 24k with the blower on this RAM. As well as another 20k miles on our supercharged RAM which is daily driven has been towing nearly every other weekend since it was bought. A few thousand supercharged Charger's, Challenger's, 300's, Grand Cherokee's, Durango's, Wrangler's, and Gladiator's. All use the same 850re transmission. 10 years and thousands of cars worth of successful data makes us rather confident in the transmission's ability to handle the added power.
Ok im still waiting all these years for a 2017 Durango V6 supercharger. By the time it comes out it’s too late as im already at 120000 miles! 😡

What is the point of super charging the 3.6 for the ram when the hemi has more power, and problay the same gas mileage. Great job, but don't see the point for the ram.
Thanks for stopping by. The 5.7 Ram makes about 110-120hp less than our supercharged RAM 3.6 and frequently gets 11-16mpg. Our V6 RAM kits average 17-24mpg daily.
5.7 has less hp and worse mileage than the v6 with this setup
