I made this for our Christmas lunch, used Amarula instead of Bailey's, and choc mint Tennis Biscuits, a cookie here in South Africa. It was fabulous! Thanks Jemma!
I made this cheesecake for Christmas, I've been making cheesecakes forever, but this one is by far the best one I have ever made! And no baking required...thank you Jemma!
Made it for my husbands birthday. I had never made a cheeesecake before. It was very luscious and a hit with our friends. Not too rich or sweet and the coffee hint was a nice touch. It does take some time to do all the layers so dont rush it and enjoy the process.
I've been following you for a couple of years now and have made a few of your recipes which always seem to impress people. I literally made this cheesecake for Christmas Day and it was the best part of the meal. Thank you Jemma :)
just finished making this for new year's eve. it was super easy to make. i used german "butterkekse" for the base and (only) 30%-fat-cream because that's the most common cream we have here in germany, so i didn't even bother looking for high-fat-cream. ha. but i did use "san-apart" for whipping the cream to ensure it sets properly. thank you for the recipe, jemma!
I'm a huge fan of your 12 Bakes (and NO BAKE) series! I love your RUclips videos and yummy recipes! Thanks for sharing and can't wait to see more in 2017!
I have used this crust recipe on several different versions of no-bake cheesecake and it has always been a massive hit. Best crust I've ever tasted for sure!
Christmas Eve 2019 here in Aus! Just finished making this and it’s chillin in the fridge for tomorrow! Merry Christmas Jemma thank you for all the great recipes!!
Just came across this Christmas playlist! Mine ended up being more of a trifle than a cake - didn't whip the cream enough - but the flavours were still amazing!
i found this last year . i am letting you know i made this today! i just finished the last layer and it is in the fridge right now! i am so excited for tomorrow to cut into this! so easy to do. looks like a masterpiece (so far! lol) i will update you tomorrow when i serve it! Thank you!
If you cut out parchment paper to line the bottom of the springform, cut it 2-3 cm bigger than the bottom and spray it with non stick (or not), place the bottom on the counter and paper on top, place the spring form on top and close it so the excess 2-3 cm of parchment paper are outside of the form, do your cheesecake as you normally would and after it has set in the fridge and is ready to be thrown in to your gob , open the springform, pull on the parchment paper to remove cake from the bottom of the form and slide the cake off of the parchment paper and on to a plate and there you go, simple as that.
Oh Jemma what an excuse to open my Christmas Baileys early and with a cheesecake mmmmmm. Just have to buy another bottle with my delivery tomorrow. It's on offer, say things come in threes. Didn't watch it all before rushing here. Coffee to finish it off now you have opened my Baileys for sure and even got the gold sprinkles...wow I must ask someone round to share. Tomorrow just a trial run for Christmas thank you my treat this year and a Panna cotta and Raspberry tart yum yum
Thanks Jemma, Love the finger snapping theatrics... you are getting good at it! Although it's impossible to find ingredients in Venezuela I do enjoy watching your videos. Will try one of your recipes soon I hope! Happy Holidays!
Seriously Jema the most useful tip in a long long time! Thank you soooo much! ( it was always a puzzle trying to get a cheesecake into a dish!) Happy holidays!
Omygosh jemma you're getting so popular! On the way to 1 million subs, so happy to see that cause your stuff is one of the best. And I've watched tonnes of baking videos
I love baking videos and yours in particular. They are so therapeutic. I also love how you dig in at dessert at the end of each video and obviously enjoy it! :-) Makes me wanna go: mmmmmm, I would like a slice of that too, please! :-).
Thank you so much Jemma! I've actually made this for Christmas eve dessert at my parents in law tomorrow and I just can't wait to taste it and see what the rest say about it! Merry Christmas and thank you for your lovely goodies!
I still think you're nuts to whip cream by hand! 😉 Every year I bake cookies. Truck loads of cookies. This tear I am adding chocolate truffles....yum. But now I'm ticked off because I didn't think to add coffee to some of the genach. Oh well will just have to make some more. Merry Christmas Jemma!!
Klaudia M that's a pretty good pick up line to Jemma... considering her shirt reads *meet me* aaaaaaand I think she's looking for Somebody to Love~~~ the song? Anyone?...... okay....
Hi Jemma. Fair to say that cheesecake was pure filth 😂😂😂 every layer is perfect. You literally have everything in one recipe. Absolutely love the Christmas videos and your videos in general. Looking forward to the next vids. Thanks Daniel
hi jemma I like watching your videos you are one amazing person I'll definitely try your recipes they r do yummy n mouth watering keep up the good work n God bless you
Hi, everyone! I love Jemma's recipes! I can't fin double cream in my country; can someone tell me if it's the same as a regular cream, but with higher percentage of fat? Thanks a lot!
2 of my favourite things!!! No bake cheesecakes and baileys!! (My surname is actually Bailey, not a weirdo) I normally make baileys cheesecake for Christmas but definitely gonna give this one a try instead
Ahhh, See i've never thought to mix everything then add the whipped cream last, i always do it Whipped cream and add ingredients and it always seems a bit on the heavy side, Gonna try that next time, Also absolutely going to add baileys to my next one...
Made this for Xmas - was lovely. However the biscuit base stuck to the bottom, or so I thought! Please if you do this follow Jemma’s advice and put in an 8inch cake disk. The coffee I will leave out next time as was quite a strong flavour (tiramisu!) which I liked, but not to everyone’s taste and will add more Baileys. Thanks Gemma on the whole it was a success
Regarding the springforms. Turn the base upside down so the "dish" or concave side is underneath. Cakes will slide off easily....and, yes it still works fine.
Hello Jemma...loved the recipee...Thnks fir bringing so many yummy recipees for us I had a question.. Raw egg whites contain avidin protein which binds with vit B7 and interferes with its absorption while it gets destroyed on cooking...so how safe is eating meringue and royal icing??
This looks delicious, but I was wondering if you have a “Grasshopper Pie” version of this cheesecake? I think that would be incredible as a Christmas dessert as well!
Love the tip about the cake board at the bottom - why didn't I ever think of that? Do you reckon it would work with a baked cheesecake though? Wondering if the board would burn or melt at all.
Hi Jemma Thank you so much for your recipes, I’m a great fan! I live in France, and I can’t find the same cream cheese as what you have in Britain. What can I use instead? Thank you! Cécile
Hey Jemma, Thanks for share this recipe I love it, but I have a question... What is exactly "doble cream" ?? I´m from Mexico and I never heard about ir, can I use just whipping cream or anything else??
Hi @CupcakeJemma I want to make this for Christmas but those cookies you used for the base aren’t available in my country can you suggest an alternative?❤️
I made this for our Christmas lunch, used Amarula instead of Bailey's, and choc mint Tennis Biscuits, a cookie here in South Africa. It was fabulous! Thanks Jemma!

I like the base. I like the base. I like the buttery biscuit base.

the moment I saw "Bailey's" in the title, I started drooling all over the shop. amazing recipe, now I'm hungry again
I usually flip the bottom of the pan over. You don't have to dig for the cake and you can easily transfer it to some other container if you want to.
Hi, everyone! I love Jemma's recipes! I can't fin double cream in my country; can someone tell me if it's the same as a regular cream, but with higher percentage of fat? Thanks a lot!

Hey Jemma, Thanks for share this recipe I love it, but I have a question... What is exactly "doble cream" ?? I´m from Mexico and I never heard about ir, can I use just whipping cream or anything else??
Looks amazing!! Don't judge but can I up the chocolate/sugar/fat by making my base with Oreos? 🐷🐽
