I couldn’t resist and made this yesterday but using an 8x8 pan and reduced measurements of 10” by 25%. It was so delicious and looks so pretty too. Thanks Sally for being a great teacher. You are so good and genuine on these videos too and given your expressions when doing the tastings, who can resist trying the recipes out? Keep up the great work.

@marcello rodriguez I just measured 3/8 tsp for both. I have a 1/8 tsp measure. If you don’t, measure 1/4 tsp and then just use 1/2 of the 1/4 tsp to get to your 3/8 measurement. This worked for me. Hope it works for you too.

Just made this today, needed to get rid of my tubs of cheese cream. A tip, I left the left over brownie mix on top of my oven so it had a loose consistency for top of my cheesecake.😋

I baked 7' inch brownie recipe but reduced the sugar to 45-50 grams and it turns out good which is less sweet. Btw, I am using dark chocolate compound buttons 👍and added 40 grams of macadamia nuts

Could you use hot coffee to loosen up the brownie mix for the swirl rather than just hot water?
Could i double just the layer of brownies? It looks amazing but Brownies seems a little bit thinner for the thickness cheesecake layer
When I tried to make the cream cheese mixture I kept mixing and mixing for ages and it wouldn’t thicken is there anything I could of done wrong
