The ball exercises the small muscles, needed to keep balance. Just standing on it is exercise. I think this is very important.

I love this! I had originally purchased this years ago for my ASD child's sensory therapy, but my child totally rejected it. Now my bosu ball can have purpose and help me with my core workouts! I have a horribly weak core. I'm looking forward to trying these workouts effective immediately. Thank you for this!

Thank you for posting, first time user, I thought I was fit until I tried these balance movements. Clearly I am a beginner lol, the main problem I had was my lack of wrist strength whilst doing the plank exercises. So slowly slowly hopefully this will improve 🙏 also I had a lot of problem stepping onto the ball on the flat side. So glad I discovered this video before I got into a workout as I would have probably ended up in the emergency room 🤣

This might be a stupid question, but are bosu ball and balance ball/board the same? I mean do they give the same kind of work out? I don't own either yet, but want to purchase one and not sure what to go with.

What size is your ball?
I find the balance standing on the bosu ball extremely hard as I have chronic low back pain
Try to work on light core exercises in addition to the BOSU ball work.
@@CriticalBenchCompound think my spine has instability. My lower back muscles push inwards when spasm. Only time I can stand is if I squeeze glutes hard. So frustrating I've got from someone who did 32,000 steps a day to someone who can crawl around the house and can barely walk or stand

it is nice the exercises but you have to have balance
