How is the water supply in Mahalunge and Hinjewadi Phase 1. Both are 2 different township of Godrej and VTP
There is no water supply, only borewells and tankers
Builders and sales team give wrong info abt jackwell,
Jackwells will not be enough for so many flats

Nowadays, a delay in possession is not favorable for buying flat or making investments.
Can't even imagine when these many apartments are given the possession , how this sub-par infra, lack of roads, electricity, water, single road to hinjewadi is gonna sustain.

Also, here’s my take on the video.
When I mentioned about Godrej park world, I specifically spoke about the Godrej banner and not the tower construction. And surely, no where I spoke about the number of units available in any projects.
Secondly, society filled with water is only Mahada because VTP Earth1 construction starts far away from the area that got flooded. I personally visited the site multiple times during flooding. But ya if you have any such images or videos that shows Earth1 got flooded, kindly share it because it will be a learning for me as well.
Regarding Hill Retreat possession, so in the video I mentioned that I am not aware of the possession and requested our viewers to confirm if they have received the possession already.
Lastly, the Central Park. So this is a learning for me as well because until now whenever I went to the central park, it was always through the gate next to meadows society which this time was closed. You may check my previous video where I showed that entrance gate.
But ya, even though i responded to your comment, however, I don’t mean to offend you at all. I just wanted to share my point of view of making the video.
