I mean its alright but the thing i didnt like about mahalunge is, its too dense. Only buildings, population concentration. If you compare it to phase 3 megpolis especially sangria its so spacious. Lots of greenery, you get that feel of a campus. Over here i cannot even take my dog for a walk with peace as as soon as i get out of the society im on the road directly which will be filled with traffic in no time. No big foot paths no buffer zones, not a lot of trees. The one open space which is central park, thats also open to all public. Isse bade spaces societies have internally. Baki sab thik hi hai, like for the money its alright. But could be a lot better.
1-Megapolis is in phase 3, 7 kms from this current location. 2-megapolis is built on( Leased land) 11 kms highway. 3- higway connectivity is just 3 kms , and you have purchase property near city not far 4- Property appreciation in this area is 50 to 55% received by investors. 5- when you consider for a walk with dog ,they have provided footpaths . 6- If you are considering low dense location then you have stay away from city like Mulshi,Lonavla either hometown.
Worst situation hone wala hai yanha.. itna chaos hone wala hai .. just imagine w.r.to density per area .. when commercial combined with residential projects it makes area with more conjunctions ..
