Water Taxi?! What a wimp! A real adventurer would have swum to the private island with all his gear strapped to his back! Seriously, what a stunner of a location. How, on earth, did you manage to score the entire private island to yourselves?! I truly love how you are featuring the magnificent natural highlights of Tasmania in conjunction with your tiny house/bungalow/cottage videos. 1:12-1:16 - what a brilliantly beautiful juxtaposition of land and sea. You have definitely hit your stride, and all that was required: one private island upgrade!
At 2:00, when you suggest “Let’s go and check out the main lodge” my first thought was: “No! We haven’t yet spent an hour touring the rest of the outdoors!” But then I realized that it’s ultimately about the accommodations. Nonetheless, when are you featuring the hour-long video of the rest of the outdoors…?
An over-the-water Master Suite! Who needs Tahiti when Tasmania offers such accommodations?! And that view out the door (4:24-4:27)! And so much history: who knew that Captain Cook’s ship would be so prominently displayed amongst the flora and fauna. Speaking of which: 8:11-8:12 “Oh, huge spider!” Proving to the world that Australia is indeed the Land of Death At Every Turn!
So, two important questions which beg to be asked:
Is the Epic Outdoor Shower experience better than a mundane outdoor bath experience…?
Is the channel’s official name now changed to: Ben Little’s Private Island Life…?
And don’t worry about the Full Monty shower: I’m sure all the residents on the coast filming through their binoculars will produce only the fuzziest of videos - I mean the most out-of-focus videos. However, it’s best to talk about how you’re doing exposure-wise before the outdoor shower…

hahaha! One thing I am terrified of is sharks... and like the spiders, sharks regularly EAT people here lol. This adventurer is very happy to take the speed boat haha. I believe they only book the whole island out, as in they dont have separate bookings on the island at once. We tacked on the the end of a booking and at minimal cost to the owner, was able to stay a night and create the content here :) A win, win! Yes! I love unique stays, but its often features of the property such as location, setting that also are what captures me, in addition to the design and building itself. The experience as a whole I guess! and this one certainly is super unique and memorable. Thanks for the support Mark! :)

Fabulous Ben, loved the amazing footage and commentary, lucky to have a guest marine biologist on the island.
Picnic Island is a little gem amongst the Freycinet treasure.

It looks stunning. It’s always been on the list just haven’t got there yet.
If you ever get the chance, you need to visit Thalia Haven. Just south of Avalon. It has a picture postcard outdoor bathtub with an outdoor shower to rival that one.

Hey Ben, another cracker getaway find. Who would not want to shower all day, throw in a bottle of wine, perfect.

Methinks that our Ben might have thrown in two bottles of wine...wink, wink, nudge, nudge.
