I absolutely can not believe what UK supermarkets think up,I think British people wouldn’t know how to shop here without all those premade foods. Basa doesn’t seem to be a problem here, and I can appreciate when people are suspicious of the farming practices, but when they say Basa tastes horrible then I can’t understand that, as it’s a nice mild pleasing tasting fish,at the seafood restaurant I worked at for over 21 years till age(75) and COVID retired me the chef/ owner bought Basa for staff meals, and we all enjoyed it.😊
I've made a list of 100 meals for One from Ocado/M&S I've categorised into, ie Roast dinner, Pasta, traditional, Chinese, Indian. All microwave friendly. I can't export the lists but I can let you know them gradually. If you're interested?
Does anyone eat proper food anymore? £2.50 for a box of those 'things'.. For a similar price, or not much more, you could get a pack of four fresh Pork Steaks, some fresh Broccoli, a couple of carrots and potatoes, and you got yourself main meals for two days. Add a bit of gravy, and you're sorted. Anyway, sorry to get on my soap box Steve, but everyone seems to be buying similar stuff and reviewing it. All the best to you mate.
I do worry that this sort of stuff is being fed to children , as you say unprocessed food is available at affordable prices to make healthy meals .. Luckily I enjoy cooking and wouldnt buy this overly processed c**p ..
As you good idear didn,t work , as for your air fryer , sign up to youtube partner program , see if you can get a free one , only got to show it and cook something in it
I'm in the RUclips Partner Program but I haven't turned on Brand Connect. To be honest I'm not sure how I feel about it, I've seen other RUclipsrs get a lot of negative comments when they do videos promoting a product.
The answer is simple buy a box of the Sainsbury's Smell the Difference chunky fish fingers you will like them most of these so called Party Food things are not good stick to homemade sandwiches and a bowl of trifle maybe add a few nice crisps oh a few homemade sausage rolls they always go down well
I bet theres allsorts of eyes and fins thatve been scooped off the floor in there
yummy! great video
Thanks, I didn't think these were very yummy but you might like them, we all like different things 🙂
It's thanks to people like you doing reviews like this so we don't waste our money on party food like this.
I waste my money so you don't have to! 🤣
*Really excellent review Bit of Munch - thoroughly reviewed, can’t fault you 🙌👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻*
Wow, thanks Glenda! ☺️
Steve, you should buy a rack for the airfyer so you can have 2 levels without the food touching, they are really inexpensive.
Thanks 😊
I reckon if they replaced the ketchup with mushy peas they'd be on to something.
Maybe 🤔
Not everyone likes mushy peas though, I can't stand them
@@lukefleming0607 I'm not keen on mushy peas but I know a lot of people love them

Iceland is the main supermarket for weird and wacky food, I sometimes wonder what their development team are on! 😁
Didn't you know vinegar is in ketchup 😂 good review

Thanks Nigel but I've got enough ideas for reviews buzzing around in my head at the moment, I don't want to overload my poor old brain! 😁

Not much more than £2.50. About £6 for that lot you mention, so 140% more. Stupid comment.
Nick the main reason a lot of people review this sort of thing is because it's what people want to see 🙂
@BitOfMunch Yeah, I understand and appreciate that Steve. It's just sad to hear people say that they can't afford to eat healthily with fresh food 👌

@@BitOfMunch i've never made a video , lets face you are allways going negative comments , but the people saying them havn,t got free air fryer
A gimmick!
Now, chicken and cheesy chips sarnies... I might be tempted
Add some jalapeños and I'm there! 👍😋
@BitOfMunch Asda do a sarnie filling you might like in that case.
Mmmmmmm :)

I haven't had trifle for years!
Make sure you don't end up like that american guy from super size me. Eat something healthy every now and then.
I do eat some healthy stuff but people don't want to watch me reviewing an apple! 🤣
I don't think his death was food-related, was it?
@@eadweard. I don't think so either but he got pretty sick while filming.
@@ToEjaMxD I think that was contrived for the sake of the movie.
Great idea poorly executed
Exactly 👍
