the 'drier' you have them the spicier they will be... a lot of the heat is lost/dispersed in the water when you have it 'soup' like :)

Try buldak, usually in tesco or morrisons, if you like spice they will blow your socks off
I like spice but I don't think I could handle Buldak noodles! 🔥
