    I've done this practice decens (if not a thousand already! :P) of times if the past 3 years. Once I did it daily for 3 months in a row. It's AMAZING. Whenever I'm stress, anxious or in hard moments, this beautiful session always brings me back to myself. 50 min fly away and make me feel so relaxed after, ALWAYS. My favorite yin yoga practice, for real. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

    Thank you for sharing. I have adhd, and had dificulty consentraring again, started to self-destruct on negative talk, and was on the point of starting up medication again, (which usually destroyes my appetite and mood after wearing out), then I wanted to start ashtanga yoga again, but found your video instead. All the kind and loving words, acceptance of where I am, made me think positive again, and gave me confidence and a little more focus spand. I'm going to use this more often.

      I too also suffer ADHD and sometimes it is difficult to stay in a position for a certain period of time. Said that, I alternate between a deep stretch and then switch to more of a fast flowing rhythm which works ok. I add 10 seconds on every day to hold the deep stretch for 👍

    no way this was 50 minutes!! wow, it was an amazing practice
    i was feeling so stressed mentally and my body ached since i had been working out to try to pry the stress out of it. so these streches and the moments of breathing really helped!

    What a lovely practice. I've just been doing some NYE journalling, reflection & intention setting, what a wonderful way to release & let go. Thank you. Have been practicing Yin for the past 6-7 year's & teaching it for the past couple of years & this is one of the loveliest practices I have ever done. Thank you.

    I feel so lucky that I've found this channel! This practice is one of the best ones I've done. I experienced a huge release in my body and mind, burst into tears in puppy pose which caught me off guard, but I felt I released something that was stuck in me. Thank you 💗

    I come back to this practice again and again, for relaxation, deep stretch, when recovering from hernia surgery (adapted to suit), recovering from illness, it is so therapeutic. Thank you.

    Wow what a practice.
    This is probably one of the best sessions when you don’t want to do much it is kind of yoga with meditation completely relaxing plus giving a deep stretch to the body. Thank you so much please bring more of these in today’s busy life these sessions keeps us grounded.❤

    I'll be subscribing. I don't often do 50m sessions, because adhd brain gets frustrated and is all to aware of every second. Somehow, you've managed to turn that off, and turned 50m into 15m! Your voice combined with the soft music is just right too, neither feels too loud, and I think the music helps to stay focused! This was awesome! Thank you

    One of the nicest blends of music and voice in an instructional video. Imagine doing this sequence with your eyes closed through much of it. Peaceful.

    What a calming video! The music was perfect (so many yoga videos don't have music...I feel it lends to the environment). Each asana was beautiful and gracefully done. I took a Yin Yoga workshop and know those poses are not easy. I liked the comment that was made, "find your own version of this posture."

    committing daily really focus on the breath work. coming back into my body I noticed smooch tonight. getting centered grounded. nothing perfect except the effort of mindful breathing. yin yoga heals! please make another one with more wall stretches and maybe the lower spine opening more? thank you again!

    Last few months I had a lot of headaches because of muscle tightness. I knew in the time that I was doing a lot of workouts I didn’t . Got a bit lazy during the pandemic
    Today I felt like it was starting again and thought oké let’s go and start a calm workout . But It feels already great ! I need to do this more . But I did make a start again. Now my goals are , reading a book in the summer at the beach 😅 sounds crazy but I just can’t lay down on my stomach and read a book without having a terrible headache . But this will probably make u more flexible !

    lovely practice thank you. your voice with the music was so soft and comforting. I feel like I'm in a little nest of yoga. I would have loved the stretches at first, esp the neck ones, to be longer, I paused the video and did them for twice as long. Same thing with savasana. A few of the poses could use a bit more verbal direction, too, if I had been very new to yoga I would have messed some of them up for sure, lol. Other than that was perfect. Thanks for the very nice practice.

    i was just feeling a lot of tension after my last workout and i was quite anxious and stressed too... but then i did this yoga practice and i felt WAY BETTER than before. I am feeling so grateful for choosing to take care of my body and having enough energy and health to do it.
