Extended puppy pose was challenging and I found my arms getting pins and needles but I did note that I was sinking deeper into the pose. Almost every pose was like this, going past the point of resistance and discomfort and finding relaxation. Every pose was intensely blissful.
I cried while doing this sesh, when doing yoga and there's posture u need to keep, ur mind is at rest and really be digging the things that hurt you yet it felt freeing. Thank u for this sesh. ❤

Beautiful practice. I love you and everyone reading this. I found some asanas were easier to ground my self, watch my breath, and enter a deep mediation. Some postures gave me a distracted mind. Looks like I still have a lot to learn about myself.

4th day of regular practice and today was suddenly harder than the rest by far. Couldn't settle in and found myself getting discouraged by how hard the poses felt compared to yesterday. Trying to take it as a reminder that this is also part of the journey. In case anybody else following this practice feels the same, congrats for showing up even (especially?) when it's hard. Here's to getting it done anyway 🕉️🫶
I didn't know I needed this until I knew I needed it. Wow! This was amazing! Your voice, these calming music, the positions… I feel so softer, relaxed, calm. 🥹 thanks for regulating my nervous system today. All I needed! Will come back to this one for sure!!! Thank you!

Very good opener for me. I run a lot. My legs were shaking on one side of cow legs! Not sure I should push it so hard on a yin session but twas needed Thanks for this Kate
If you're shaking that might be a liiiiiiittle too much. If it makes your breath uneven or take you out of a calm state then I'd back off a bit. But GREAT JOB on stretching after running. Running makes our muscles SO tight so stretching often is necessary but not always done 😅

I love the yin yoga. It very awesome refreshing and relaxing plus the music is priceless. 32:24 I love how yin yoga Kate disappears. I wish you do that more often at the end and reappearing in the beginning.

I have been practicing your yin yoga for 30 days. I am seeing amazing mental benefits. I stopped going to gym and place weight lifting on hold. I don’t like vinyasa flow yoga because I like lazy yoga. Do you think it would be a good idea to mix up different yoga such as vinyasa and yin yoga. If yes then how should I mix it up? Not sure why, but Frog pose is excruciating for me. 😢 I'll keep trying it
Tight inner thighs and groin. Frog pose is intense for everyone. Keep going at it and breathe deeply - you'll get comfy in it in no time!
Start with an easy version. Meaning knees closer together, shorter time etc. I am the same and slowly getting there.
