We want to expand our Pop Up camping experience beyond formal campgrounds. This simple 12 volt power meter will tell us when our batteries are getting low and when to turn on the generator/inverter.

Nicely done. Thank you, it was just what I needed to see. I have a much simpler set up to work with. It's in a 1985 Starmaster - no maze of wires. I might suggest to your viewers using a multi tool to cut the opening for the battery meter. They are pretty cheap at Harbor Freight. Question: Was the on/off switch you turned at the beginning of the video added by you or original equipment? Cheers.

I think it uses .5 milliamp :) it would take 3600 hours to wear your battery.
