POTATO GNOCCHI WITH BUTTER & SAGE | THE EASIEST PASTA RECIPE

Hello everyone!
Today we are going to do the most easiest pastas in Italian Cuisine - Gnocchi di patate. Its so easy and simple that even kids would love to do it!
You will need:
300 g flour 00
1 kg good quality potatoes
5 g sage
40 g butter
50 g Parmesan or Grana Padano cheese
a pinch of salt
1 whole egg
