    👀💍🌹食譜 Recipe:
    1磅lb(453克g)
    硬豆腐 firm tofu
    1磅lb(453克g)
    紹菜 Napa cabbage
    4安士oz(113克g)
    炸枝竹 Fried yuba
    2辮蒜頭
    2 cloves of garlic
    2片薑
    2 slices of ginger
    混合醬 Sauce mix:
    1 1/2湯匙Tbsp
    蠔油 oyster sauce
    1 1/2湯匙Tbsp
    生抽 soy sauce
    1/2茶匙tsp 糖 sugar
    適量胡椒粉
    some white pepper
    1湯匙Tbsp
    紹興酒 cooking wine
    粟粉水cornstarch water
    2 1/2湯匙Tbsp
    水 water
    1 1/2湯匙Tbsp
    粟粉 cornstarch
    12安士oz(340克g)
    任何魚柳 Any fish fillet
    醃魚柳marinate fish:
    鹽和胡椒粉
    Salt & white pepper
    撈勻 Stir well
    大蛋1隻
    A large egg
    撈勻 Stir well
    逐漸加入粟粉
    Gradually add
    cornstarch
    裹上地瓜粉
    Coat w/ potato starch

    I suggest using a wild caught fish fillet, like cod, grouper or tile fish. Not the basa fillet in the video. Basa is a farmed fresh water fish from either Vietnam or China. A lot of antibiotics were use in fish farming.

      How about Tilapia fillets? Always on sale here and thank you for the information and FYI, monk fish is deep water fish on the mercury watch list
