@@BobosKitchen 翻找視頻,終於看到在“簡易糖醋排骨”的視頻裡妳介紹過用粟粉去除排骨的雪藏味,在視頻最後也介紹用白醋開水去除豬壓味。不知碎肉是否用同樣方法?雞塊?

急凍豬肉最好放在雪櫃下層自然溶雪, 如有雪味用白醋開水沖洗之後, 索乾水份(但不要覺得太乾)
