Hi Woowoo, I just spent all Saturday afternoon in the kitchen and made this amazing dish “ brisket in clear broth” from your recipe. Although it was quite labour intensive, being a foodie,I was tenacious and was able to finish the dish, it turned out incredible! I guess most people got scared off from a 6hr recipe, I’m glad I didn’t. I was unable to find the exact cut of beef, but managed to pick up some “beef finger meat” and tendon from a local supermarket. I also made another dish from your recipe “ salt water duck “, another time consuming recipe, it has quickly became one of my favourites. You are such a talented cook and teamed with your funny husband, I wish you all the success and looking forward to seeing more videos from you. Thank you for sharing.😊
Beautiful comment. I’m so happy when I see people appreciate a thorough recipe video. I get so frustrated finding dishes with “shortcuts” and canned beef broth sometimes. I like to see things all made from Scratch!! With Soul!! Seeing her roast the beef bones made my foodie/cheffy heart happy. Greetings from California! I have searched forever trying to find this cut in store included Asian markets but it’s so hard to find. Almost like it’s exclusively sold to restaurants because I order “beef brisket” often but it’s actually not the brisket. It’s more like the belly/flank meat, but I Love the texture. Sometimes I’m disappointed when I order a “beef brisket” soup or stew and I get too much red meat 😅! I love the chewy tendony and sinuey bites!

自从牛肉涨价到58一斤后。牛骨上连一丁点肉都看不见了。以前我买牛骨回来还可以剔下一些牛肉炒盘菜,现在卖牛肉的剔的太绝了,光溜溜的骨头怎么熬的出味道啊
