This was a great workout! I think what would really help me out with your videos is posting the spring changes/weights on the screen as we’re transitioning because I find myself having to rewind a lot to catch the spring changes

When u do the hamstring stretch at the end is your foor flexed on the floor on your heels or flat on the floor?? Thank you! Great video
It can be done both ways but I prefer to keep the foot flat against the floor.

Is this Stronger Back workout safe for people with osteoporosis?
Hi Lorie, my recommendation would be to avoid any rotation and flexion that takes place in the workout.
