    Thank you for this workout. I am putting on rotation when I need a flow like this one. I also did your jump board first. I love having reformer workouts at home from your videos.

    This is really a great beginner video. I have a Balance Body reformer and just don’t know how to properly use it and this really helped.

    On chest expansion I felt my hip flexors really exhausting. Would that be a time I could modify and just do criss cross legs against the shoulder rests instead of straight out in front? Really enjoyed this video. Wish I had a Pilates box at home 😊 thank you for filming the workout!

      Absolutely, bend your knees to a soft position that feels good for you. The goal is to keep the spine upright to strengthen the postural muscles.
