On chest expansion I felt my hip flexors really exhausting. Would that be a time I could modify and just do criss cross legs against the shoulder rests instead of straight out in front? Really enjoyed this video. Wish I had a Pilates box at home 😊 thank you for filming the workout!
Absolutely, bend your knees to a soft position that feels good for you. The goal is to keep the spine upright to strengthen the postural muscles.
