    This was one of THE BEST reformer workouts 🙌🙌. Thank you for keeping it simple to follow but still hella challenging. I'd love to see more vids like this one pretty please 😊

    This was an amazing flow! I am a Pilates Instructor in training and came upon your video looking for cueing help. You explained everything so well! I definitely am going to look to use this flow in my Fundamental/Foundational class!

    Loved this simple and light classic. One note, I would say that the last lung series does not work so well on an elevated machine without a box to stand on. But lovely routine.

    I wish you could come up with 15-20 min Pilates workouts as well. I can’t do long workouts due to health issues.

    On your elephant and the one before one spring felt like the carriage was getting away from me. Is that right ?

      Hi there, one spring definitely challenges the abs & makes it harder to pull the carriage closed. But if it felt like the carriage was getting away from you too much I would add on some spring tension. You want to have to work to get the machine back in but not struggle. Everyone's machine & bodies are a little different so play around with it until you strike that balance. I hope that helps. Thanks for your question!

    Ok workout, but dont call this classical, because its NOT. These are contemporary exercises.

      Hi Vera, I'm sorry if this video wasn't what you were expecting. If you look at the title & description it describes the class at "classic" not "classical." Classic, as in good old fashioned, basic, familiar exercises from my lane of Pilates. I am in no way claiming to offer classical Pilates, sorry for the confusion. I hope you find the type of workouts you're looking for✌
