Thanks for the good workout. I like the way you are flexible with the springs and the way you teach! Did Pilates for years and then had some injuries so I had to stop and now getting back into it with my reformer at home. The legs seem like the straps or rather the ropes are the right length but sometimes it seems like I have too much length when it comes to the arm exercises. It looks like you start with them taunt and mine are loose with my arms fully extended when facing the police. Not quite sure if I have them adjusted wrong or I just have Long monkey arms.😅 I seem to be positioned as far back on the carriage as possible, but still even using my smaller loops there’s excess slack. Thanks for any info. You can give me.

Truly feel good, real good workout - workout every muscle in a therapeutic way without too much strain and still felt the burn but everything felt good maybe because of the stretching involved 🫶🙌Thank you, I was expecting it to be less pleasant as it says intermediate + 40 minute and every minute was worth it
