I have been doing your workouts for the past 2 weeks working my my way up. I am getting my strength back after 6 months of chemo ( I completed chemo 2 months ago).your workouts are the best - keep me focused and motivated. The voice over is so much better than having instructors talk so much before each exercise - you lose momentum. Keep the videos coming please!!!
NY Traveler so happy to hear you are getting your strength back and practicing these workouts. You are a superwoman! There is no rush so just do what you can and be kind to your amazing, beautiful body while it recovers. Thanks for feedback about voiceover. Some don’t like it but I feel I can give better cues doing it this way and Yes more flow! All the best to you.
I just bought a home reformer and have really enjoyed your videos. I had done Pilates 10 years ago but took a looooong hiatus when I had my kids. You have helped me rediscover my love for Pilates ! Please post more videos of this difficulty (level 3 beginner / intermediate) !!
I am thrilled you enjoy the workouts June and over the moon your love for Pilates has been rekindled! Brilliant. I will do my best to get more videos out there. In the mean time, you could even experiment with doing level 1 and 2 but add on slightly heavier springs and even increase the amount of reps per exercise? Just a suggestion to keep it interesting and challenging for you.
you are an amazing teacher. it took me two months to gain good performance with this w.o. but all i can say is that i feel great and i am not injured. thanks for your time and effort.
Thanks so much for your comment, I appreciate it. That’s great news to hear you are getting stronger and injury free...yes! Perseverance is one of the ‘modern principles’ of the Pilates Method. You have proved that sticking to it and doing a level that’s right for you will build your technique. Well done.
Absolutely fantastic Biba. With the stress of this pandemic, getting into my body and breathing and moving is a life saver! Movement is medicine!!! Love from Australia to Italy!

Nell, thank you for your videos! I agree with another commenter that yours are some of the better reformer Pilates videos on RUclips. My only request/recommendation would be to cue upcoming spring and box changes a little earlier when possible. Just a thought. Thanks again, Nell....really appreciate these so much! (I take Pilates once a week at a small studio and it is almost like being with my instructor. :) )
Shandra Thankyou! And thanks for your constructive comment. I agree and will try to do that in future, it’s a bit of an art trying to cover it all and keep the flow! .

Nell! You have changed my fitness routine! Thank you so much!! My body is changing fast with your workouts, Wondering if there is a place to donate to you?
Hi Judy. I am not familiar with the aeropilates reformers, unfortunately. But what I can say is, feel for the strongest springs and that is 1 spring in my videos. Then feel for the tension that is a little lighter than the strongest, that is 1/2 spring tension in my videos. Then usually reformers have an even lighter spring which is a 1/4 spring tension in my videos. If I say put 2 springs on, then that means 2 of the strongest springs on. If I say put 1.5 springs on, then that is 1 strongest and 1 medium spring tension. I hope that helps.
Thanks so much for this series, it's been great at both helping me regain strength after 18 months of illness and also getting some movement into my life whilst still in lockdown. Much appreciated!
Wonderful class. Your calming voice keeps such a nice pace to be able to Truly embody and feel the movement. Best instructor I’ve found on RUclips. I’m also an instructor and truly appreciate your peaceful demeanor it’s so refreshing to move in my body with instruction the same way I move without it. Thank you for sharing your beautiful teachings. Looking forward to taking more. ❤️🙏

Thanks for the constructive feedback Sharon. Glad you are getting the most out of your machine. I will work on the transitions to give you more time to set up for the other side.
Yadira Santiago So happy to hear you are enjoying them. It depends but the more you do them on a regular basis, the stronger you are going to get. Ideally 3 times per week would be fantastic but at least 1 per week. Traditionally, Joseph Pilates told students 4 times per week. Maybe aim for that?!
I do this video and I have knee ache. Could you tell the colour of the strings? I have 5 colour in my pilates reformer . By the way I loved all your videos, perfect. Thank you very much.
Hello! Ok...knee ache....not great. Make sure the footbar isn't up too high. When you are doing plies, and the carriage is in at the stopper, you want about a 90 degree angle at your knee (from side on) so your knee isn't too compressed. Dont overload the springs...too strong will make your thighs tight and pull on your knee which causes knee pain. Pull on your springs and feel for the different spring tensions. To do plies, just have 2 strong springs on and take the rest of them off. Also make sure you stretch your thighs and TFL out. Often people with sore knees have very tight TFL and thigh muscles. I hope this helps.
Hello Nell Iam very happy that I saw your workout .I have question, I have balanced body Allegro equipment and there is red blue and yellow colour and two rows . Can you defıne for me when you say 2 or 2and 1/2 OR 3/4 how should I have to use these strengts? Thanks
