    Great class, really enjoyed it. Blue spring on arms with the emphasis on pause is lovely! I defo need to work on that teaser 😳 I love the way you remind us how it comes from the mat work. Thanks very much 😊

    Hooray! A class of ‘pure’ reformer exercises without all the choreography and complicated extras! Thank you. Also thank you for doing it in beautiful SILENCE. Really clear and easy instructions. I couldn’t do the full hour so was skipping around. I would love to do some shorter classes if you have done any?

    Just found you. I stepped away from my reformer for bit, and what a great workout to get back into it again. I will continue this one a few more times before checking out others. Thank you!

    Another excellent workout. No frills but very effective, I'm a little shaky from all the hard work! When arms are in straps, I especially appreciate when you specify when it's the back that should be working as many times it's my arms. Helps me put the focus in the right spot. I'll be doing this one again!

    Hi April, just did this workout again and I noticed that the sequence doing the mermaid with the arm straps was only done on one side in the video and then went into leg stretch, so I just stopped vid and did the sequence on the other side and completed the rest of this awesome workout and now I am ready for my day and looking foward to the next ones. 👍😀

    This class is fantastic, healthy range of movement but as challenging as any other workout. I’m a dancer and I feel so good and in tune with my body after your classes! Thanks and greetings from Switzerland!

    I really enjoy your classes and have done many of them however this one is my favorite by far! Simple choreography, but not easy! Thank you so much!

      So glad you like the workouts. I for sure love being creative with choreography and doing new things but the majority of my own workouts include very simple exercises that are super effective! Thanks for the feedback. 😊

    Really enjoyed doing this sessions this morning, loved the cueing and slow deliberate pace. Wondering did I miss mermaid second side ? Loved all the extension work. Thank you April ❤️

      I missed it! This video was posted a long time ago and the only way to fix it is to take it down all together which I need to do. Thank you for the reminder. I’ve tried several times to edit it but need to try again.

    • @debramace7184
      @debramace7184 3 года назад

      @@aprilplankpilates please don’t take it down. It’s easy to do the other side by pausing the video. It’s a lovely workout.

    • @aprilplankpilates
      @aprilplankpilates  3 года назад +1

      @@debramace7184 I will try to edit somewhere that it’s missing. The reason I didn’t take it all the way down is then when I repost it it’s in the wrong order! So was trying to figure out what to do and then forgot about it. 😊

    FYI that the mermaid position series was only done on one side so you may want to rewind and do on the other side too

      I have a number of classes without props. This isn’t one of them. This uses the mini ball. Not sure where I said no props if you can let me know I can fix that. Thank you.

      She said at the beginning of the video that a ball was needed. She was holding it in her hand so that should’ve been a clue..🙄
