- This is a Level 3 Beginner / Intermediate Reformer 30 minute Pilates workout which focuses on legs, arms and abs. This Pilates workout will leave you feeling strong, aligned, lengthened and connected to your core.

Thank you for your video. I am 67 years old with a really bad back. I purchased a balaced body reformer. I feel like I have a reformer with no knowledge how to use. I am trying so hard to take advange of the reformer. Your video gave me some hope. Can you suggest any tips
