    Hi there … great workout but would love it if you could cue before/between moves and not during the first rep or two. Found myself having to pause constantly to get all the details of the moves and try to get the reps in.

    I really like this video, I just wish that it were just ever so slower with the prompts to give us time to adjust springs, positions and be ready for the movements. Thanks for all of your videos!

    This was a great video. I stayed a a hotel today and the fitness room has a reformer. I loved this. This was my first ever time and you bring an awareness that is palpable 🙏🏽🙏🏽

      My goal for this workout was to flow a little quicker from each exercise to create stamina. I tend to get carried away, and will keep that in mind for future workouts.
