    I have the same, but is full stainless steel and the capacity is 400 cc. Is fantastic¡¡¡ Excelent choice.

    I have similar frother from Tchibo :-) I use long therm meter and milk pitch for better use. Foam is relatively thick. I can"t make latteart :-) With Bialetti Brikka is good pair for flat white :-)

    Can I keep the frothered milk into jug for a certain period? Will the texture change?

    • @AlternativeBrewing
      @AlternativeBrewing  Год назад +2

      hi there, yes the texture will change as the bubbles you've create will begin to pop! and then the texture will become less and less frothy. You've got about 1-2 mins max

    Would this jug do okay with simmering tea for a few minutes? Is the plastic handle resistant to that kind of sustained heat? I would like to use this jug for both frothing milk and making chai. I'm not okay buying a jug that has a single purpose.
    And, will the Ten Mile frother be available for purchase again soon? It's sold out and I really want it but if it isn't coming back anytime soon then I'll need to get something else.

      A good rinse under the hot water should do the trick !

    Is the milk produced suitable for latte art? Side note, that jug after the wipe out is not remotely clean at 3:10:)

      IT could be, with a little effort in getting the right consistency of foam to milk ratio.. but there are better ways to produce latte style milk - like using the Bellman 50SS stovetop steamer 👌 That would be my best recommendation without having to buy an espresso machine.
