You do realise Kenya has other Game parks which are much bigger, Maasai Mara which connects to Serengeti, Amboseli where you get to see the largest Elephant population,Tsavo..which has very red soil, different terrain. And Nairobi Nat Park, which is the only National park in the world that is within a city.! What are you on about Lake Turkana, dont you know Kenya has dozens of lakes within the Riftvalley, and Lake Victoria too which is the largest lake in Africa. Where are you from?

  • @freedomm

The reason there are no elephants in Nairobi is because elephants don't respect park borders and would wreak havoc upon the city like they do in to villages in other parts of Kenya. But I"m happy and proud to report that Kenya is one of the few African countries that have got the poaching problem under control. They still have work to do in Southern Africa.

lions and other animals leaving the park are a common occurence only during the drought months especially into the residential estates near the park like rongai(common to look into your cctv cameras and see a lion passing by foraging for food as most prey have probably migrated so don't walk out late night), the park isn't fully enclosed for various reason like to prevent the animals getting stuck in one gene pool over years and also for pasture migration ,you probably find vast continuous forests and savannahs on the other ends of these parks that form some sort of land bridge corridor and they end up connecting to other parks and ends of the country, these mostly end up forming the large sparsely populated parts of kenya away from the towns and cities.

Look at the shuka (clothes) and beads and bracelets that so many foreigners buy and also the Masai culture. Ghana is marketing itself because of the slave castles so our folks can come back and invest as they reconnect. Outside of that, what culture are you talking about?

What a great experience! But that radio noise in the background would ruin the experience for me it's just too much😁
Have fun in Kenya such a beautiful country 🙌🏾

The radio is a walkie talkie. It ensures the tour guide is kept in contact with and can be reached by the wildlife service operators of the park. He can also communicate with them in case his vehicle gets stuck and no help in sight.

I do get that but I'm sure the volume can be turned down a bit.

I remember in Gods Must Be Crazy they mentioned if you light a camp fire in rhino territory they will rush to put it out, Kumbe it is true.😂

That is one my wishes to come and visit them just closer I their nature, I don't like to see them in the zooes. Not that I have visited the zoo because I grown in the countryside and closer to national park #virunga where I saw them like baboons, monkeys, antelopes, gorillas, elephants and buffaloes to mention a few, my wishes is to see big cats that my dream!

The lion is a king. It's not easy to see a king like you can see anyone. You meet him on his terms. He comes out when he wants to. The guides use the radio to inform other guides where they've spotted the king. If your guide is on one end of the park where the king is chilling in his palace he can inform the other guides who are looking for the king.

@@Sparxx74clueless. Massai mara lions hide too / in small shrubs bushes. Just that they are many prides which increases the chance of running into a few. They all chill soon as sunshine pops up.
