As a Ugandan i still have great memories of kenya , me and my buddies we rotated kenya as young merchants in the 70s .And also a lot of my family members lived in and a few are still in kenya. The people are really down to earth.

Sara Kenya has all the climates found in the world. From snow in mt Kenya, desert in the north, Savannah, tropical forests, sandy white beaches, ocean in Indian Ocean, lakes as in lake Victoria, the rift valley, rivers, wild animals, so so much. Infact Kenya is the last frontier of human migration. Bantus from the south Africa stopped around mt Kenya, bantus from central Africa through congo, Rwanda, Uganda stopped west Kenya, nilotes from Egypt, Sudan stopped in Kenya in their southerly movement like the maasai, cushites and the Ethiopian lineage stopped in the north of Kenya, Somalia and borans, arabs from Oman, Indians, and of the Europeans all congregated in Kenya. This made Kenya an extremely mixed society full of diversity. That's why Kenyans don't identify people from their origin. It doesn't make sense to them. In Kenya you simply belong and Carry on with your life.

Your observation about diet in Kenya is 💯 correct. As opposed to Nigerians, Kenyans cook fresh food almost on daily basis which is a healthy practice while Nigerian cook stew that can last for a week or more which can be at times be unhealthy.
Swallow? Obstacle? What?!! 😂😂😂😂 You can also start incorporating our traditional gruel (porridge) and fermented milk (mala and mursik), which will add minerals to your body and clean your gut...
Thank you for loving our country, we love you back too. But Uhmm, Mixing vegetables is not a kenyan thing. I have doubts about that statement. They can mix two vegetables but more than two i don,t think so. Yes we fry most of our vegetables with tomatoes, onions before adding vegetatables or carrots especially with cooking beans and green peas. About meat consumption it depends with the tribe, we maasai and Samburu aka Nilotic pastoralists consume red meat(cow and especially goat meat) almost everyday. Luos consume fish almost everyday. Maybe you live among agricultural Bantus, but they also cook meat although not on daily or weekly basis. we don't eat strange meat tho, (snails, monkeys and dogs) that is a no am not dissing anybody's culture, but i heard some west Africans e.g I heard snails, porcupines, monkeys and all kinds of 'bush meat' are a delicacy all over West Africa. Also the Tallensi, the Akyims, the Kokis, and the Yaakuma, one of many cultures of Ghana, consider dog meat a delicacy in Nigeria Ondo State, Akwa Ibom, Cross River, Plateau, Kalaba, Taraba and Gombe of Nigeria they eat dogs. Eating dogs is considered a taboo in Kenya, even we have a alot of tribes in kenya like maasai who do,nt eat pigs and is not because of religion like the case of somalis and other kenyan muslims it is just a taboo where pigs are considered unclean .Pepe or pilipli consumption depends on person to person but you are right majority of Kenyans do'nt eat pilipli. I eat alot of pepe and other spices with all my meals. Also at the coast pepe and all kinds of spices are popular. You are right about Kenyan women. They are too westernized feminists and that is not a good thing, that is why there are alot of prostitutes, single mothers and foreigners loving women in kenya. Also alot of kenyan men are becoming gays and embracing the lgbtq because of media brain wash and copying everything from white people.
Kenyans can mix more than 4 vegetables at a go. they can mix kales, spinach, terere or amaranth Anda managuu. I wonder which part of Kenya you come from. secondly it's wrong to generalize that alot of men in Kenya are LGBTQ just because of a few publicized cases. just ask yourself, how many relatives do you have that are gay?? if you have at least one or two and every family has at least one gay person then that becomes an issue of concern. but you can't generalize stuff because of a handful people. get your statistics right.
You are kenyan girl now, the accent is changing slowly, adapting to our food culture ,this means in a short period an athlete will be on you and soon a medal will be on the table of Nigeria on olympics

You are right. Kenyan food might seem blund but it's the most nutritious and organic both from source, preparation and cooking. Sample this; Ugali (maize floor+hot water), stir fried veges (not more than 15mins), nyama choma (charcoal grilled meat), in all these no additives or excess oil in a single meal. Take a fruit and avocado is the favorite choice coz it's a Super Food....it has natural oil which is better than factory processed ones.
Unfortunately in Nigeria they don't even respect wild animals 😮they eat them to show they can afford meat😂 Don't try it in kenya. It can lead to yrs of imprisonment 🙄
Sorry for being shamed my dear sweerie, the problem is never about the person being shamed but it's always about the shameless shamers, they are gerousy and they think by putting off some else's caddles will make theirs shine brighter.
As a Kenyan living in the UK, I once came across a Nigerian doctor who told me that scientifically, Nigerians are the most hyperactive humans being in the world and the reason for it is because of their food intake which is always cooked with plenty of spices and artificial food flavourings like chicken or beef Maggie cubes which are full of additives. The presence of additives which usually have the E numbers cause children to become hyperactive as they develop and for Nigerians this trend continues even into their old age because their food is full of the additives. Therefore, when you see Nigerians being super hyperactive and even their children, the answer is in the consumption of the food flavouring cubes which are full of Es.That said, Nigerians born in the West are nonetheless not as hyper because they tend to adopt to the western diet which is not laden with those preservative Maggie cubes. If you don’t trust this observation, please do your own research on the effects of E laden food additives like Maggie cubes.
@@saix81 E numbers are codes for substances used as food additives and artificial food colouring e.g E-102, E-104, E-122 E-124 etc. these additives are used for colour enhancing or preservation of stuff like maggie cubes, knorr cubes. Hyper active kids must not eat food cooked with these elements coz they became super hyper and restless. Always check the ingredients used to make to maggie cubes to see if these E numbers have been used to preserve them and avoid them if you can.
