Aisha is full of vibes, her curiosity is so adorable. I fully understand how tired you felt, the Ghanaian heat can be taxing. Your hair at the end was gorgeous.
It’s only when you travel that you begin to value simplicity in life. Just going to a chop bar , eating fufu and chatting with friends is more fun and precious compared to being cooped in an apartment here in Chicago. But when you’re in Ghana you will never appreciate the simplicity of life. I am going back to Ghana to live that simple life .

Got to love Miss Aisha, good on you Jazzy for taking her out, she's adorable how excited she was to begin with, and then the faces, her taste buds need growing still, lol!
Beautiful job Jasmine. Your hard work is paying off. A friend of mine in Texas mentioned how helpful your tips have been in planning her trip to Ghana. She asked if I had ever seen your channel before? I proudly told her that I have been a subscriber to your channel for a while now! Keep elevating Ma'am!
Little sis, Aisha coming out of her shell We seen the glow all the way here in North Carolina tell her to keep growing and reach for the stars. You two take care and stay bliss. Appreciate the effort you two bring. ❤
Very nice shots of the neighborhood. They spend a lot of money on the upscale homes, but no sidewalks. Sidewalks are for pedestrians safety. Accra has too many cars not to have sidewalks. Thanks for letting us see different parts of communities and the vibe at Chophouse.
I recently purchased land in Ghana with plans to start my home build soon , I’m single and from the US so watching your videos have been very encouraging!
Jasmine, i agree with you. If they were focused on educating the young minds, they won't have time to holding down little children to cut off their hair. No educator has the right to do that. Either send the child home or call the parents
Actually I prefer school boys and girls with short hair, irrespective of race. They can do whatever they want with it in college. It's ridiculous that so many parents waste time and time in hair salons. Let kids be kids
Loving Ms Aisha, looking so cute in this video. I love how she waited for you to taste the drink first.🥰 Looks like a cool place. Aisha is so visible with her likes and dislikes. Love her and you for being her friend.
Eeeeeiii Aisha loves freebies. Seem like you all had lots of fun. Jasmine I saw Shiashie sign behind you when walking back to where you had parked, could it be the event was at Shiashie. Shiashie and East Legon are so close together it is difficult to sometimes differentiate between where one begins or ends. How could they serve the queen of good cooking with bad jollof? They need some cooking lesson from Jasmin and Aisha.
Jazz, corner stores and the malls can serve these neighborhoods. We don’t need all the roadside table top businesses everywhere. They are an eyesore in many neighborhoods. They take over the pavements and they litter. The dispatch services can deliver groceries.
The roadside sellers also give a space a vibe, promotes community living etc. It's why the osu, etc areas have a happy vibe that people like to gravitate towards. That vibe that makes Accra, Ghana a happy place for everyone You clear these people off and make the space 'east legonlike, you lose the vibe
@@markntiri8251 Mark, isn’t this East Legon? The residential areas shouldn’t be overrun with shacks. The local authorities should invest in more markets to preserve and promote our traditional markets. They can also promote designated kiosks that observe excellent hygiene standards. The challenge is lawfulness. Folks want to be able to set up anywhere without license and pay no taxes. Can’t blame them if they think their taxes enrich politicians. That perception must be changed by politicians. Less ostentation.
@@NanaKNOwusu your point is clear. How would you treat spaces such as Osu, makola, Jamestown etc? Their 'charm' lies in their congestion, especially makola. You clean it up too much, decongest that space, it loses its charm. Makola is even a tourist attraction
@@markntiri8251 I totally agree with you. Our traditional markets have to be preserved and celebrated. The Ministry of Tourism should partner with the local authorities to keep them clean and promote them. Kumasi is a great example but we need more. The night markets are just beautiful. Maybe, they need lanterns rather than the paraffin lamps that may be carcinogenic. The roadside stores support entrepreneurship and are the main sources of livelihood for the communities you identified. They just need to be organized to ensure cleanliness and order. By the way, this applies to the trotro stations. Sanitation and chaos are my major concerns.
Jasmine, you do a good job.East Legon looks nice, but can you please let someone know that the walls around the BLACK STSR SQUARE are horrible. Its dirty and broken and we have tourists going there everyday. Thank you
Jasmine!!! I loved this video! Whenever I'm in Ghana, I always try to go to new places based on what you show us. I have made a note to try the Chop Bar Experience. Hopefully, they will have an event while I am there. And when you said that the tomato will be more if it has a leaf on it...I was literally shouting with laughter😝😝😂🤣😂🤣😂 thank you for another wonderful video!
