To anyone wondering if stretching does increase height, yes it does. I've tried it before and and I went from 5'10 to 6ft. I stopped as I got really busy with work but it worked for me while I was doing it. I'm 23 and I'm 6'2 now. My dream height is 6'4 but now that I think of it, I have a very small car so it's probably a good thing I'm not that height as my head already touches the roof while I'm driving. Lol.
@bogdanirimias9425 I did the exercises when I was in my teens. I grew a couple inches when I was doing the stretches though, yup. In my 20's, I only grew half an inch. I was 6'1 1/2 when I was 19. Doctor measured me a few weeks ago and she told me I'm 6'2 now. I haven't done these exercises as an adult. However, you do have a chance as some people keep growing until they reach their 20's. Try the exercises out, get your sleep and it might work. I've heard of people growing into their 20's.

Doing this for 18 days Day 1- 5'6.5 Day 2- I did these stretches plus some other stretches I found that could help for 45 minutes Day 9- I did the same procedures for the past week and my body feels great. Target - 5ft to 5'4 in 6 months Day 1 - did these exercises for 18 mins. Day 5- added some more exercises and made it 30mins Day30- it's the time to check results. And now I am 5'1 !!!!!!

Age : 17 height : 145 cm....Okay..so today im starting this workout from today and my height is 145 cm... I'll give updates of my meals also.. Day 1: the exercise is pretty easy. Can't feel any change in my body. morning -khichdi with some pickle. Snacks - chocose with 1 and half glass of milk. Dinner - bhindi and 3 parathe . Okay guys...let me give you honest experience from this workout :) I'm a 19 y/o girl with 147.5 cm height and I'm too short than my parents...My height get blocked since I'm 12 y/o. I really wants to increase my height at least up to my mom(160 cm)..As I'm already crossed 18 and completed my so called growing age I'm more concerned about the result after doing this workout for next 30 days. But let's see what gonna happen. I'm not taking any other height increasing supplements other than a glass of dates milk every day. I'm gonna update the honest result after a month(24 oct '24). Sorry I forgot that I need to mention to others too here is what I did
I have learnt if we do atleast 30 HIIT workout before sleep , we grow intensively grow faster whenever I slept after workout I feel so tired that I suddenly go to sleep and my body felt so new it is really helpful and I did 10 min streching at night too and 1 hour of skipping in the morning ofcourse at first time I had to tell myself I can not give up and I did those workout I did not want to measure my height I just wanted to my family tell me first that I grow up and exactly after day and night working hard with my body in just 5 days my brother see that I freaking grow up I swear to god I didn't even look at the mirror me and my brother stand in front of the mirror and my brother is 5'7 he is 16yrs and I was 4'11 but I stand with him I was 5'2 in just 5 days to see myself 3 inches tall I was screaming I know for most people it would be seem nothing but for me as a shorter person 3 inches a lot and I gave me confidence that If I countinue to do these workout I will reach 5'7 my brother height too and after almost 2 month of doing hard work finally I'm 5'6.5 inches I have crossed my elder sister my mom my father next is going to be my bro 😌 recently I turned 20 yrs old and my friends are in shocked how I grow this tall in just two month I did not went outside to meet anyone I was working in
And yes, in my teens I used to eat a lot of junk but in 2 months I stoped eating unhealthy food and I ate a lot of green veggies to be honest a lot and drank every night 1 glass of milk 🥛 and 4 liters of water a day stopped eating rice except of a Bowl of a lot veggies fried rice I eat a lot of healthy like after days I kinda enjoyed this process of eating vegetables 🥒🥕

Age : 17 height : 145 cm....Okay..so today im starting this workout from today and my height is 145 cm... I'll give updates of my meals also..
Day 1: the exercise is pretty easy. Can't feel any change in my body. morning -khichdi with some pickle. Snacks - chocose with 1 and half glass of milk.
Dinner - bhindi and 3 parathe .
Day 2: I can feel slight pain in my hips and in my stomach area.

You're really going to have to do it to find out for yourself, because weight loss results differ depending on things like your current weight, height, age, gender, metabolism, and how hard you train. I can say you'll be able to see results in 3-4 weeks but just how much and how soon exactly will depend on your body's response to the workout. Okay guys...let me give you honest experience from this workout :)
I'm a 19 y/o girl with 147.5 cm height and I'm too short than my parents...My height get blocked since I'm 12 y/o. I really wants to increase my height at least up to my mom(160 cm)..As I'm already crossed 18 and completed my so called growing age I'm more concerned about the result after doing this workout for next 30 days. But let's see what gonna happen. I'm not taking any other height increasing supplements other than a glass of dates milk every day. I'm gonna update the honest result after a month(24 oct '24). Wish me luck and pray for me guys
