DAYUM! I just set up my very first drum kit!
After about one year of saving money i finally got my own kit.
I am so damn happy about how it turned out and how it sounds.
Can't wait to record with it for the very first time! :D

I just sold my old Superstar Hyperdrive kit last week. Had it for 9 years and it was a great kit. I just got a 6 piece Tama Starclassic Birch Bubinga and I have more drums coming in! Great kit, dude!

I can't sell the Sonor kit, since it's my fathers and about 45-50 years old. It's a little piece of history kind of haha.

You bet! Absolutely amaizing drum kit, especially for that price, it's like getting a high end drum kit for the price of a mittle class one, great work by Tama. Funnily I even have the exact same shell set as yours, just a different finish, I love this thing and sure have a lot of fun with it too. Keep enjoying it. ^^

Extrem zufrieden! Die Toms lassen sich extrem fein stimmen und klingen saufett!

Is meiner Meinung nach ein unglaublich günstiges Set, das aber extrem viel beinhaltet und gut verarbeitet ist.
Möchte mir die Variante für 1000 Euro kaufen, Habe Hardware und die high end Sabian-Becken, Meine Lage ähnelt sehr deiner, habe ein 30 Jahre altes Schlagzeug von Tama und möchte aufrüsten, der Hauptgrund für den Kauf sind die schmalen Toms, da meine Toms beim alten Tama(10x12,12x12)Viel zu lang sind, um sie gut zu positionieren.

That's actually difficult to answer.
We have a 500$ Gretsch kit that comes with Bass drum/Snare/3 Toms and cymbals. And it sounds amazing.
It mostly depends on tuning the skins!
Try some kits out in a store if possible. Thats the best way to find a kit.

Is that a star series snare u busted out of the box in the beginning of the video?!? If so that snare cost almost as much or more than ur entire kit hahaha. couldn't tell but def looked like the star badge and stripe. Love star snares but too expensive for me. I got a 2016 hyperdrive Starclassic bb 5 piece kit in molten brown burst and love hyperdrive toms and can't go wrong with bb's. Can't go wrong with Tama.

great finish! Its just a personal preference for myself, but i can't stand pancake toms.
I wouldn't call them pancake toms. There are way thinner shells. I think they are a nice balance being loud and powerful enough, yet not too big to move around!
@@RichardRapf I'm used to 10x12, 11x13. Today's drummers use 10x8, 12x8, 12x9. Nothing wrong with that, whatever works for you is awesome :)
