Hi, it's okay that when I do yr exercises, I don't engage my core/abdominal muscles?
Hi there!
It all depends on what you are trying to strengthen and if you are experiencing any pain or discomfort. We recommend you speak with your healthcare professional, their opinion should come first. We are unable to effectively help you without being informed on your medical situation. Hope you get it figured out and feel better!
Did u say all the exercises all can be done with times every day? not too much ?
If you have any discomfort while stretching, we do recommend you stop. Of course, you should always consult with your doctor or a physical therapist before starting an exercise and/or stretching routine - you do not want to make your condition worse. We also recommend you speak with a health professional about the duration and reps the exercises should be performed as everyone has a different level of pain and flexibility.
