      guys, this is what you do, dont use the middle, put one foot on each wheel, and push and roll hard, its gona hurt like a bitch at first, but eventually it hurts goooooood, and u keep doing it really hard and it hurts even bettteerrrrr, then you use the middle to sooth the pain away
