What about the pet store salt for salt water fish tanks? Maybe there is a savings there. I had a dr recommend that for my female health once. And if I have excess vitamin C that are meant for swallowing. Can those be used in the bath?

Then using a large sponge, soak hot water with Epsom salt, and sprinkle on my entire body. Please advise what is the effectiveness? Regards, Gary
Hello and thank you for this video. I am 18 weeks pregnant and having a terrible eczema flare after eating WAP style during my first trimester, due to all the nausea. Moving more to plant free GAPS to heal my gut and soothe my skin, but wary of too much detox during pregnancy. Clay masks and salt water baths soothe my skin so much. Is there any risk with taking these baths during pregnancy? I would really appreciate your response. Thank you and God Bless 🩷
What would you recommend for someone who can't swim and wants to have swimming lessons but only has access to an indoor chlorinated pool? Been on GAPS for almost 1 year
Good question! Sometimes you have to weigh the pros and cons, and make a decision. An outdoor pool is better than an indoor one, so the chlorine gasses are less. Are there any way to soften water if we live in an apartment? It's very hard water in my city and the shower filters and baking soda, salt, etc don't soften it. It ruins your hair and ya never really feel "clean." I have to rinse with distilled water from the store

I have done foot baths with Epsom salt occasionally. Unfortunately the water supply near where I live is chlorinated and fluoridated. I buy boxed water to drink. I don't have a filter. Would you recommend putting vitamin C directly into my water tank to deal with the chlorine?

I have a great favor to ask - my 42 year old daughter has unexpectedly become pregnant. We are very happy! However, the last time I had a baby was over 30 years ago. She lives across country off grid. What books, wisdom, websites do you recommend? I know about WAPF - what I don't know is how to advise her on vaccines, new pregnancy information - please help. I use my diy steam sauna daily. I've got some dead sea salt I will use 2moro \😆/

please dont use vinegar or any alcohol, it will make turn the alkaline water pH of the clay to acidic pH from the acidic vinegar.
