    Good information, only suggestion would be edit the video and start it at 1:40
    Up until they you just repeated the title of the video over and over and likely lost some people during the wait.

      Thanks Mark. I recently started to make videos again because the reasons that motivated me to start a RUclips channel in the first place had not changed - which is to activate people to unlock the life-changing life-defining potential of lifestyle & eating habits change as powerful medicine to prevent and combat common yet severe chronic diseases. So I decided to start a second RUclips channel bit.ly/TheHabitsPharmacyPodcast where I would only make the kind of videos I like to make and nurture it a lot more intentionally than this first channel of mine. btw I hv done a Parboiled Rice/Rice Cooker/Arsenic video a few months ago, just hv not had time to edit and publish it :-)

      @@TheHabitsDoctor this makes me very happy to hear Dr. Chan. Watching your early videos really helped me to initiate big health and lifestyle changes in my life and I've been working on improving my health and learning about health and obesity which has become an obsession of mine. So I want to thank you again Dr. Chan for your inspiration and knowledge. I'm currently listening to the "The Obesity Code" audiobook by Dr. Jason Fung, he's a Nephrologist based here in Toronto, Canada, close to where I live. Anyways it's a very powerful book and it's helping me so much, learning such valuable information that is really eye opening and life changing, and I am losing weight through diet and fasting alone.
      I can't believe you remember about making a video on the parboiled rice/rice cooker/arsenic, that's amazing!! I'll be sure to watch it whenever you publish it. Also, I'll start following your new pharmacy channel now! :)

    I always laugh when I hear politicians say "people are going to bed hungry" like it is bad, not that I laugh at poverty, as this is a problem that deeply troubles me as it has touched me personally. I laugh because going to bed hungry is good for you. Eating breakfast is the best for you when you have not eaten in over 12 hours. Alcohol is very bad, my family suffered so much from alcoholism, it was the cause of death on my mother's death certificate. As a night cap I love Chamomile tea, also holy basil and wild rose buds makes this fragrant drink, which is relaxing and healthy.

    • @TheHabitsDoctor
      @TheHabitsDoctor  Месяц назад +1

      Interesting perspective. 🙂Perhaps 'Not going to bed with a full stomach' is a better phrase than 'Going to bed hungry' because many people, including my patients and coachees, struggle with managing the 'feeling' of being 'hungry' after dinner and that keeps them awake. I love chamomile tea as a 'nightcap' too!

    • @hammersaw3135
      @hammersaw3135 Месяц назад
