      @@sarahlittynailz It’s completely up to you, and what you prefer. I found it easier to learn on static though 👌🏼

    This is the exercise I need for my shoulder mounts -that are non existent atm
    I’m middle heavy and really trying through my arms.. I’m doing hip lifts already but will start stretching my legs back and preparing for straddle

    How do you keep the pole from not hurting your shoulder?? I’m weak af, but I’m practicing this tonight!!

      Honestly it used to! I always say that everyone hates this move until they can do it, and love it when they can - and I think that's mostly because of the pain. The pole should be on traps not bone though... so if you're on bone that's a new kind of pain we don't need!
